Not great customer service.
Unfortunately I used to really love this app. The service is a great idea.
September 2020 I sent and paid for three separate postcards, and a month later they weren’t delivered. I began to reach out a few weeks after waiting and got no response through the app. I then emailed both available emails and it took a long to hear back. By the time I got an emailed response it was “too late” and “had I said something sooner they could’ve done something”.
It’s unfortunate, I just won’t ever get that moment back, that personally significant month back in a year that sucked I was reaching out to friends and family. So it’s unfortunate that my view of this app was overshadowed by abdication of responsibility.Show less@emmalr // Emma Rowlands
My grandma died before they ever sent the postcard
It has taken forever to send these postcards. I don’t understand the delay. They didn’t even print the last postcard I sent to my grandma for FOUR whole days, and so my grandma never saw it because she died. If they would have printed and shipped same day like other postcard apps do, she would have seen it before her death. Several of the postcards from 2020 took even longer and they have no standard time. I sent one dec 2nd and another Dec 8th. Both shipped on the 10th. Why would the one from Dec 2nd sit there for EIGHT fricken days before printing it, and then print the other one from the 8th at the same time???

Fantastic
I use Postsnap all the time and I am never disappointed. The quality is excellent, delivery is quick and the customer service is amazing. I ordered a canvas a few weeks ago but I added a poor quality picture by mistake. The team emailed me straight away to check that I had meant to use this picture and showed me an example of the finished product. They explained that they would rather get it 100% right for me instead of posting something that I wouldn’t be happy with. This shows a real care for the customer and wanting to produce the highest quality of products every time. When my canvas arrived it was perfect and I am so pleased that they took the time to help me get it that way. Thank you Postsnap for helping me to share so many memories. Ap keeps overwriting address to incorrect one
Very disappointed with the latest version of this Ap. I have used it for years to send postcards to family and friends in Australia from all over the world. But for some reason it is now overwriting the suburbs on my addresses with a different, and incorrect suburb. Even when I edit and overwrite the correct suburb the Ap ‘assumes’ it is correct and I am wrong. After about 5 attempts to correct I’ve cancelled the postcard. Very disappointing and time consuming. Ok. Love the idea
I was looking for something to send personalized post cards while on a trip instead of the generic cards from the gift store. I sent myself a test card from home to home.
I selected a photo from my phone and just put the date and time on the back for the text. I created the card at 7:30 on a Friday night. I received the card in the mail 11 days later on a Tuesday.
Comparing the photo card to the photo on my camera the color seemed a little bit off, it had a greenish tint to the photo. And on the top line of text the ink was very faded and it looked like an eraser sort of rubbed through it. Technically you could read it and I suppose it could’ve happened from all the sorting machines it goes through.
I’m not sure how good this will be to use on an actual vacation unless you take your photos and send them the first day you’re there. Or they wouldn’t get there until after you are home for a typical 7 to 10 day vacation.
If you don’t mind your postcards getting to your friends and family after you’re home then I think this is really cool. Being able to personalize a postcard is a great idea. And not having to buy tokens to use is even better. The pay as you use it is a great option.
I’ll probably keep the app. No vacations planned in the near future but hope to remember that I hsve it next summer.Show lessMe@fun

I love this app! What better way to keep in touch than with this modern twist on the good old postcard? It’s so lovely to send and receive something tangible in today’s world where a lot of communication tends to be via social media. Having moved to The Highlands, I’ve been sending postcards showing photos of our new home, the wildlife and stunning scenery. I also used the app to design and send our change of address cards. My friend was so impressed she’s downloaded it and I now get cards from her too! The service is great - I received an answer to a question very promptly.Show lessM-J1357
Great and convenient service
Loved the convenience of these cards, the ease of personalization, and the price is right. They saved my poor swollen pregnant hand from hand writing and addressing a lot of thank you notes. Only odd thing is that it sent duplicates to everyone I sent a postcard too so they were all asking me if I did that on purpose said it must have been some type of error so not sure if you guys want to fix that or not.Show lessTylar Oliver
Horrible Customer Service
Signed up with pre-pay and realized later I made an error in my email address. Tried to fix it in my profile with no luck. Sent an email to the company “Chat With Us” with no response. One of two first orders never arrived. Sent another email. No response. Sent follow-up emails to the first couple. No response. Finally emailed through another route yesterday. Still no response. Absolutely the worst customer service. It may be a system glitch, but that’s no excuse. Had to place the second order again, which was horrible because it was a condolence card with a photo of my friend and his brother who just passed away from COVID-19 and the photo was supposed to be used in a memorial mural. Great service
I love everything about Postsnap. Love that there are so many options to include up to six photos in a photo collage and another seventh next to the signature. Love using different colors when I write my signature, and the fact that I can either write or type my card and choose my font. Love that there are several sizes of cards. Love that the app stores my addresses. Love that I can pre-purchase credits and save money. Love that the site keeps a record of my orders and mini pics of the cards I’ve sent. I'm always suspicious about buying online services, however I thought I would try this company as they are very reasonably priced cheap in fact ! What a life changer I'm always really busy and forgetting birthdays well any occasions really this company have a huge range of post cards and occasion cards that you can customise in the comfort of your own home and by adding your own pictures makes a really personal gift and all the more lovely, my friends and family love the cards I've sent them. Also the app is so easy to use it's very quick and very simple. I must be impressed as this is the first time I've ever left a review. Well done team an amazing app. 😀Show lessRosedotty
