  • Fantastic easy to use app

I have now been using this app for a couple of months and I am so impressed. It’s user friendly, great options from which to choose, and my 96 year old mother in law is in love with the cards and feels completely involved in my travels. I order on a Monday, and she already has the post card on a Friday. Thank you so much. Love this app❤️

  • Good but mail time inconsistent

    I enjoy using this app.
It’s fairly priced, you do not have to buy a package of cards all at once if you don’t want to, although I do to save money, and it is easy to use.
The only negative is that the postcards are not sent out quickly and consistently. Sometimes it takes two days and sometimes it can take up to four or five days before the card is mailed. At least that is the way it appears based on the confirmation emails I receive that the postcards were sent.

  • Postsnap is amazing

I travel a lot for work and it’s been my practice to send postcards to family and friends so they get to see the places I go and they know where I am. Sometimes I send as many as 100 postcards from places I’m visiting. The challenge has always been getting to a place I can purchase postcards AND getting to a place to buy stamps. My son saw this app and loaded up some money into the account for me. Now I can easily snap a picture, including making it more personalized, write out my message to the recipient, easily access my address book to complete the postcard and press submit. Postsnap does the rest. My friends are loving the cards, and I’m so impressed with the quality. I feel like this app was created just for me! Thank you Postsnap.

  • Efficient Quality and Affordable

Having used the service that Postsnap provide many times from all over the world - I have tested the service thoroughly and they are awesome. Service is fast and app is very easy to use, and the final print quality is fantastic. Much better more personal and easier than buying a postcard and getting a stamp and then trying to post it.... Please remeber as with any photo app the quality of the end product depends entirely on the quality of the photograph you use - good images in equal good images on the card but also crap in equals crap out!! I BRILLIANT!!

  • Problem with addresses

Initially I had great luck with this app, but in my most recent order I entered the addresses and hit “verify and save,” at which point the app updated the addresses to what it said were the correct USPS formats. Fast forward a month and neither postcard has been received. When I contacted them, they told me that the addresses were undeliverable as formatted and there is nothing they can do. It’s only a few bucks, I know, but I’m totally peeved that their app made my cards undeliverable and then they won’t fix it. I won’t be using this anymore out of frustration, but others should at least know not to accept their address formatting.

  • Great idea, very affordable :)

We drove from California to Connecticut and back and we’re sending postcards to five or six people along the way. My hand was cramping so I went looking for a service that could put my photos on a postcard and mail them for me. These folks provided that. Yes, it costs a little more than a dollar extra to use the service, but being able to use my own photos resulted in beautiful, more personal cards well worth the cost. I recommend it to everyone :)

  • Love this App!

Discovered this app while travelling overseas and it was so easy to send family a postcard using MY photos with a message and know they would receive it before I got home. Now I’m home I can confirm the quality is great, delivery is quick and the back up service is amazing. I made a mistake and paid for a set of postcards the wrong way - by credit card instead of using my prepaid money. My email, sent as soon as I placed the order, was responded to by Emily very quickly, the credit card payment was reversed straight away and I was able to quickly reissue the postcards using the correct payment method. Now I’ve seen the postcards I realise the big size is really big. I’ll probably stick to standard size in future but I’ll use this app again and again.

  • Prompt service and great postcards

I’ve used this app several times to send personal postcards to family and friends from various places in the world! I’ve used it in Tenerife/La Gomera, Scotland and even Aruba!

These cards are easy to design using your own photographs and our family have loved receiving them. The designs are varied and there are lots of choices and colour variations.

The only frustrations I’ve found is when designing the cards, is that sometimes there are glitches, where the photo area doesn’t allow you to move it about to zoom in & out of it, so it needs resetting occasionally.

Also slightly frustrating when paying you can’t part pay with credit card/money I had on my pre paid account so I’ve had to add more pre-pay on to complete my recent order.

Apart from these I love using the app and would recommend it all.

Top Tip- have a note of the photos you want to use (for designing the cards) before you start. I have over 5000 pictures on my phone it can take a while to find the ones you want to use!

  • Easy and great quality

I've been using Postsnap to send postcards to my elderly parents who live interstate. They don't hear so well on the phone & are not on the Internet, so Postsnap helps me stay in touch with photos and little messages twice a week (sometimes more often - it only takes me 10 minutes, if that, to choose a photo, write a message and send a postcard on its way.) They love receiving the postcards - the joy of happy, personal mail - and the postcards are great quality. Love this app.

  • Excellent

I wish I’d thought of this idea myself. I’m currently backpacking- and rather than having to send unpersonalised pictures via an unreliable post service that would take at least 2 weeks arrive to the UK (if they arrive at all)- instead I can send friends and family high quality pictures of me in the places I’ve been and I can be sure they will arrive within 3 days, for more or less the same price. It can also be done within 3 minutes - the duplicate button is genius meaning I can send multiple postcards in seconds - rather than handwriting the same message 4 times to each Auntie! Also ideal for birthday cards whilst traveling.
