Not able to check out

I went ahead and downloaded the app and received a free leg & tight combo. I tried to order online before going in store. The coupon wouldn’t apply and then it wouldn’t even let me check out regardless.

I could have gone somewhere else but i decided to still go to churches. I told the manager about the coupon and he told me it takes a couple of days for it to register on his system. The answer didn’t make sense.

I was hungry, i went ahead and ordered regardless but I wasn’t able to scan for points either.

It seems like no one had proper training on how to manage the app at the store, it’s a bit glitchy.

Im hoping it will be better with future versions.

Dysfunctional

Cannot make any use of the app as it will not slow any locations nearby, so you cannot select any for pickup or even look at menus, rendering it completely useless

Useless!!!

No matter what address I use, it says no location available. I even put the stores address and still nothing. Useless to use because I cannot order with selecting a location.

Location issues!

The app is buggy and is never showing me stores near me, even after I put on my location and manually input my address. It’s still only populating 2 stores that are about 30 miles away! WTH…

Credit card HACKED

CRAZY how the one and only time I use this app my credit card gets HACKED and I didn’t even save it as a payment method that was on 9/6/24 and today I get an email of someone trying to log into my account

Location doesn’t seem to work correctly

For some reason, the app ignores 2 closer locations when I search and other locations when I search by city.
Sent question through the app but haven’t heard back yet.
Frustrating.

Waste of space on the iPad

Works fine on my iPhone but hangs up on FINISH & PAY on the iPad EVERY time. I guess Church’s doesn’t want my money! 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

Not useful

For the second or third time attempting to order using the app the payment function just spins and never completes. This is after signing into my account with the payment information saved correct. To actually get this done I have to order from the website…same address for delivery, same store and same payment information. In other words the app is ultimately useless and a waste of time.

False advertisement

I have never seen a app blatantly lie the way this app does. It says one price when you try to buy it online. It’s a completely different price the app not even worth it.

They said if you download the app and sign up for their rewards program you'd get free chicken, but it wouldn’t give it to me. I downloaded this app and went through a struggle signing up with their app because for some reason it’ll keep saying the passwords don't match even though you can visibly see they do! this is completely ridiculous! why say something and do the complete opposite??
