Can’t even redeem your points
This app is useless. It always tells you about great promos available but no matter what you cannot use them. When you add the item to your bag you total shows the amount if the item was full price but the price next to the item is crossed out and the promo price shows. BUT EVERY TIME you try, as soon as you hit the check out button you get a message that says “Discount not applied.” The item switches back to the full price.
This also happens with the rewards points!!! I have around 150 rewards points now. The ONLY way to redeem these points is thru the app. It’s supposed to be as simple as placing any order and adding an item of your choice from the list of rewards. The item appears in your bag, the price is crossed out and shows as $0.00. However, your total shows the full price. As soon as you hit checkout you receive the “Discount not applied” message again!!! I’ve switched locations, I’ve tried different orders, bigger orders, everything you can think of.
These promos and earned reward points are simply a way to trick you into continuing to order with the promise of something you will never receive.
