The app needs to be updated
Its crazy that the last time this app was modified was 2 yrs ago smh. Thats probably why its really hard to get into my case info. I had to reset my my pin to many times and still can’t get in. You can’t talk to customers service the website doesn’t give you any info and the app is terrible.Ashmere89
APP Does not work
Very frustrating that I am trying to log into the app and it keeps locking me out, stating that my password is incorrect. Deleted and Downloaded the app three times and still locks me out after I go through the process. The worst app I have ever dealt with.Sneezy567
Doesn’t work!
Downloaded the app in hopes of tracking my case but it fails to even load properly. Received multiple notifications that my pin was incorrect so I requested a new pin and that didn’t work. Waste of time. This has been a issue for over a year now.KD. Washington
Terrible app, terrible customer service
I downloaded the app after requesting modification paperwork, and the first time I used it I could see the status. I closed the app and went back into it and the app told me my password was incorrect. I updated my password and it still wouldn’t let me in. I deleted the app, redownloaded it, and the same thing. Would let me in once and then would lock me out telling me the password was incorrect.
I did this several times. I contacted Maximus and they told me that I needed to contact DHS since they administer the app. After being on hold for 45 minutes the lady at DHS sent me back to Maximus. When I talked to Maximus again I was told my gmail was probably the issue and to try with my yahoo email. The same thing happened. Contacted Maximus again and they told me there was nothing they could do and for me to keep downloading the app.
Maximus needs to fix this. The state of Illinois pays you to administer the modification process, yet your product doesn’t work. And this isn’t a one off issue. Several people I’ve spoken with cannot use your app, and have found your customer service to be rude and unwilling to help. Figure it out.Show lessidummy
Does nothing for fathers/non custodial parents
This app I’d geared to mothers / custodial parents. It’s evident within the first couple of question is trying to create an account. The only way to set up the account is to have a RIN account number, fathers/non custodial parents use the state docket number. Once again, fathers and non custodial parents are treated unfairly when 90% of my child’s care and needs are taken care of by me his father. Fix the app, let us sign up by using out docket number.Show lessTripp2016!
Terrible & Completely Unusable
If I could assign ZERO stars, this app would qualify. This app is not usable. I set everything up and created a pin, also authorizing touch-ID access-nothing works to log me in. It states my pin is incorrect even after resetting and closing everything out, waiting, etc. Junk.Kctd22
VERY Poor Performance.
I spent the majority of my time here on this app just trying to get logged in. I’ve registered for countless amounts of profiles, and requested hundreds of modifications. Turns out Resetting the pin to 1234 through the forgot pin option, DOES WORK! I finally got in, hopefully my case for modification can start actually making progress now.Show lessNgonzalez2130
Useless
I sent 2 emails 1 week apart several weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. Also, was supposed to move to next step 2 days ago and hasn’t updated. Waste of memory on your phone and waste of high hopes for help.everynametaken2
I think I figured it out...
Idk if this will work for anyone else but give it a shot!..like everyone else it kept giving me the error that my PIN wasn’t valid. I reset it multiple times and still no luck. My final attempt I finally got it to let me in! I did the “forgot pin” so it sent me an email to create a new one. I used a generic “1234” pin and IT WORKED!!!

Does not work properly
I can’t log in. It continues to tell me my password is incorrect. I had to re-register to get logged in and now I can’t log in because it says my pin is incorrect!! Please fix this issue!Tanisha Allen
