Doesn't work
This app won't do anything. It opens to a screen asking you to input information, but you cannot get a cursor to appear. The register button does not work. The info button next to the RIN line doesn't work.

I would give it zero stars if I had that option. Simply put, the app doesn't work -at all. I tried it once about a week ago, didn't work. So I deleted it. Then I figured well the app administrators should have the issue fixed by now so I uploaded it again today -fail. Fix. This. App. Thank you.SOtheQueen
Not Working!!!
I have not been able to access this app. I try putting and the necessary information, yet, I still receive the message saying "registration cannot be completed." I'm giving it two stars because I like the concept of the app. I like the thought of being able to check the modification status. I just hope these guys fix it soon so that I can actually access it.Show lessCamillesMommy
