I just saw this app on the child support website for Illinois. I downloaded it entered my name and bam my information popped up. I recommend this app if you are like me and hate sitting on hold. For the other two who reviewed this app your RIN number is nine digits long and is clearly marked on any mailings that you receive! Also your case number does begin with a C and is also referred to as the IV-D number on all mailings sent to you!Show lessKimmyK1230
Useless app
To use this app, it asks me for my "RIN", which I cannot obtain apparently without calling another phone number. This app was supposed to keep me from having to call phone numbers and wait on hold. It also asks for my "case ID" but says it should begin with a "C". My case number doesn't have a C anywhere in it.Show lessMUZIKILL
Waste of time
This app works about as well as the Illinois Child support collection, that is to say not at all. Will not let me register because the state selection is apparently not there. Guess that explains why none of it works, Illinois is just a figment of the imagination.Smuckers21
Pointless - cant even sign in
Cannot even register! Downloaded this app today. When it asks for STATE, it freezes, and you cannot go any further!
App hasn't had any bug fixes or updates since 2013! Wow! What a joke! Please fix this!!

Worst App
Terrible App, it will not even allow you to enter information on the first page it just locks up. Just like calling child services or getting anything done it's a total failure as so is the system.ScubaDive70

Not working
Just downloaded. When setting up I can not enter the state, the screen freezes and doesn't offer any states to choose from. I can not go any further. What's the problem.KristenSeebold
Wonderful App! Thanks
This is my first app to download to my phone. I could easily track the status of my Mod Review at any & in real time. As my case progressed I received notices that alerted me of a status change. What was and is the most amazing features , when I had question I requested a call via the app and a specialist contact at the time I requested the call. This is a WONDERFUL innovation. If you have a case in Cook County IL I strongly recommend you downloading the app or asking their customer service team more about it. I have a couple cases in other states where this tool is not available and wish it were. Great job IL.Show lessChild's Parent

This app won't even make it past registration. In theory its a good idea. But this app is not the way to go.

Can’t even register (a girl can dream…)
In theory, this would be a wonderful tool to track a process that has, over the past four years, been frustrating and maddening. The state of IL has lost my modification paperwork more times than I can count, sent me requests for more information that I don’t receive until after the due date to return the documents, and has generally lost me in the system entirely. Having an app that tracks the modification process step-by-step AND allows users to request a call from a specialist seems like a dream… sadly, it *is* a dream, since I can’t get through the registration process. The drop-down box for the state doesn’t, well, drop down. It’s a ghost, and a ghost that freezes the app altogether. Yet another failure on the part of a bureaucracy that has been writing checks its mouth (and bank) can’t cash for the better part of a century.Show lessyellowbird1973
