Downloaded the app and worked for one day. Since then it says incorrect pin. I have reset my pin 5 times and it still says it’s incorrect. Terrible app please fixbman8282

Pin incorrect! Just another hurdle to prevent fathers from getting their just do. The state is only good at taking your money. They could care less assisting you in the event of financial change. We’re screwedshawn5020
Fix the problem
This has been going on now forever. I’ve made a modification request and ever since I can not log back into Maximus. I’ve done the same as the person above, delete, re download, and sign up multiple times and the app will not launchn0tchoch3ez3

Ever since the last update the app won’t let me log in. I just reset my pin and it says incorrect. I’ve re-registered and uninstalled and re-installed the app. It still doesn’t work!!!KgusRN

This would be wonderful if the app worked. I set my pin, used the app a few times, and now I’m told my pin is incorrect when I try to log in. It isn’t! I changed my pin to try to fix the problem and even re-registered but nothing helps. I still get the invalid pin message.trsh74

Ever since the latest update, I have not been able to log in. It always tells me my password is incorrect. I've even attempted to register as a different user and just put my account info in with a completely different password & after validating my email is still tells me my password is incorrect when I attempt to log in. I have an iPhone & it doesn't even give me the option to do the touch indentification. Please fix this asap! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm getting the same thing.Show lesspnhen91

The other app for Illinois Childsupport was much better. I can't even find what I am looking for. Not to mention, it keeps bringing up one of my children when there is 2. I was able to access way more information on the other one.Lilbit75e
Error message cannot register!!!
Please fix your app I have been trying to register for days I have deleted and reloaded the app more times then I can count the error I receive is after the registration screen it says "error in sending email" with a retry option and the email never comes it directs you to the next screen which asks for a pin from the email that never comes....frustrating beyond belief and calling Illinois is not helpful.Show lessHotmommaof2
