  • Pretty over it

    After almost three years with the company as a VIP member I have noticed a glaring decrease in quality. I have been reordering the exact same style of bra many times every 6 months or so and since my first two orders the bra quality has dropped so much. I also ordered a robe that was so poorly made and unflattering. Last summer I did order a one piece swimsuit that is amazing, but after following up with a PJ Set order, I’ve noticed the quality is no better than what you would get in the PJ/undergarment section of a supermarket. Same goes for the athletic wear. I’m disappointed that this went from a company whose customer service and product quality was top notch to overall disappointing. One thing I will gladly brag about is that when you become a VIP member it is very easy to “skip the month” aka skip the monthly subscription draw, and if you forget to in time the refund option is easily accessible in the app and processes quickly. They also have great sales occasionally.

  • After a year I’m done with them

    In a little over a year and several orders I’m done with this company, here is a list of problems I’ve encountered. First one is if you order something and want it by a specific date they say 5-7 days for free shipping after products ships but you don’t find this out until after ordering so if you need it quickly you will need to pay for the expedited cost, this info should be available before you place your order so if you need to upgrade shipping you can. Second I have found most items to be poorly made I had order2 swim suits and the zippers broke on both after 1-2 uses contacted company and they would not do a return, also had a bra and nightgown have seams come apart after a couple of months. Also they don’t really cater to women of size as the hardly ever offer the same items that they do their stick figure customers. Also once a VIP member they make you really jump through hoops to quit, if you sign up for it on the app you should be able to stop being a member on the app . Unfortunately had hopes for this company but really cannot think of anything positive

  • Processing, processing, processing....

    I have only been with your company for a short time (just about over a year)! While I normally have no issue waiting the three weeks to a month for my products... HOWEVER, this time I ordered with three weeks time. Definitely far enough away from the date I needed my products for! After processing for TWO WEEKS, I am just getting it shipped to me. And my products will not be here in time for what I ordered them for. Not only that but I am also not even getting something I ordered because it is no longer in my size. (things happen) I was promised a refund but it has yet to post to my bank account and I was told this December 4th. It’s now the 12th! I am so so so very unhappy with this company. I ignored the bad reviews and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, I was let down.

  • Huge custom fees

    I loved this company, and their products, until recently. My last order was $150 and I was charged an extra $47.85 at the post office for custom fees when I went to pick up my package. The company said this is out of their hands. So if you are Canadian, it’s not worth it.

  • Great for lingerie, great for time

    I love this app. I hate shopping underwear in stores because it's expansive and all that but online is better (provided you get the sizes right).

    It's amazing. Everything I've ordered has been great quality, comfy, beautiful, and at a fraction of the cost of going into a shop where it permanent my feels like people are judging you!

  • Love! Love! Love! Love!

    I have had a hard time finding things that fit my plus size figure and the fact that I get something that is TOO BIG just makes me sooo happy!! Silly I know but there return/exchange process is so easy for people like me who hate to shop because of the struggle. It's real. I love that I get a voucher right away to place my order before I even return the box. Everything is clear and to the point. You know what you're getting and what to do if you don't like it. They're very prompt on their responses to my concerns and enjoy doing my business with them! And their VIP program allows me to have funds for when I'm ready to make a few purchases :)

  • Hope You Never Have to Return a Purchase

    Hi, I was a VIP status account holder with Adore Me for 2.5 years. My most recent order was BOGO swimsuits. After trying them on the day they arrived, one did not fit well so I repackaged it with tags and stickers unaltered, printed the shipping label and off it went. About a week later I received an email that my return had been denied due to "tobacco or perfume" smell. I followed their directions to challenge the denial because I do not use tobacco or perfume daily. A response email was received promptly reporting that I would be issued a credit to my account. When in reality, there is not a credit on my account and my VIP status is now inactivated (add the fact that I only had one more purchase to redeem the "buy 5 get 1 free" too). Currently waiting to have customer service delete my account. I would rather give my business and referrals to a company that deals with returns more efficiently. Best.
