Be careful might be scammers , i tried to call them many times they just take ur info and do nothing for u . I applied and no one reply me back i called them many time they don’t help u with anything just took ur info .
Doesn’t work, unhelpful support
The app just doesn’t allow logins and as such doesn’t work. I’ve tried several devices, several network connections, and nothing works. Support blames my internet connection and said “wish there was more we could do”. Nice.
Benefits are unusable
Can't find a benefit yet that doesn't have a catch. Enrolment to some takes 4 weeks. Some need existing paid memberships to the supplier. There's always a catch.
Not worth it
The benefits it offers are often redundant and not useful. I travel quite a lot and all the status upgrades are not useful as i already have these. The price is definitely not worth it. Also it is impossible to get a refund and non trivial to cancel- luckily the credit card i added will expire before it renews...

Discounts are Fake
Would urge members to double-check prices on offers before believing that what you’re paying for is a discounted price.
I almost bought event tickets using FC’s “discounted” price—thankfully I double-checked by doing an independent search on the event pricing!!
Learned that FC was charging 1.5 times more for the same seating area at the same tier!!! Better do some due diligence before you start believing that their discounts are real.

App Development issues continue
Can’t open most of the offers when you actually need them. Super frustrating. This will probably be my last year joining.
Offers not as they seem
I have had this card and app for a month and the one offer I signed up for and tried to have activated wasn’t even able to be used. The third party didn’t respond in the time frame they said, they didn’t respond to the proactive communications from me and the founders card customer service couldn’t even get them to respond.
Be very careful, if that was my first experience with their “partners” I can’t see any value in holding this card or app at all.
