Hi there, thank you for your review. We understand that our service does not work for every family, we try to be as safe and inclusive as we can with the features that we offer. Because we are a service for children, we have parental limits in place to protect them from making unsafe or age-restricted transactions. The parental limits in place also teach the children how to save and budget their money. With regard to the card designs, these cannot be changed once selected, the "change until" will only allow you to update personal details on the card rather than the actual design, because of this, the feature is only available to the parent.
