  • Easy

    The Fulton app is quite easy to follow and keep things quite organized for me. The ability to also go through that to pay my bills or to transfer money from different accounts of my children who share my bank or to cash in checks that I’ve received. It’s all very straightforward and easy. Much appreciated.

  • Don’t Bother to get this.

    A month ago they asked for you to reset your password. I did and afterwards I resend the new password to myself so I can keep record of it.
    I tried to make an online deposit today and it says I have an invalid user id and password. ONCE this happens it locks you out of your account. First it says 5 minutes, tonight I tried again and now it says “Try again in one hour” geeeze. I could walk to the bank before I can try again.

  • Mortgage on App vs mail is never correct.

    I have called multiple times to mortgage department to have things be consistent. The balance due is never the same. It will be incorrect and then say I overpaid and then not account for the next payment, and then the app will say I won’t owe a payment for multiple months. I am actually due for my 3-month follow up call to try and have things sorted out for the fourth time.

  • Several Issues with the App

    I have experienced several issues with this app having used it for a few YEARS now.

    1. There are frequent server outages:m/issues. When this happens, you can’t access your accounts. While this isn’t directly related to the app development itself, it obviously affects it in a big way.
    2. There have been accessibility issues for blind and low-vision users using VoiceOver, While most of them have been resolved in recent updates, there are still a few occasional issues.
    3. In the past I have experienced bugs with the app. Again most of these have been solved in recent versions but it has not been the best experience in the past.

  • Cumbersome switch between accounts

    I have both business and personal accounts. I find it extremely inconvenient to have to enter my account name and password every time I need to switch between accounts. Face recognition on iPhone should be sufficient to switch between accounts.

  • Check deposit

    Does not allow for check deposit anymore. Keeps asking to rotate device, with no picture taking option. Works on an iPad, but not cell phone.
  • Can’t deposit my checks

    Everytime I attempt to deposit a check I hands me a screen that says to rotate my phone, there’s literally nothing I can do about it, it’s already rotated my best idea was to leave the app and re open it but it doesn’t fix itself. please fix this now
