  • Can no longer use online check deposit

    After the latest iOS update, the function to do the mobile check deposit no longer works. This I very frustrating as it was such a great way to deposit checks. Now, the camera does not work and I can’t use the app to deposit checks. I never have a chance to stop at the bank so now this is a huge inconvenience.

  • Mobile deposit not working on iOS 16

    My daughters and I all updated our phones when the new iOS came out and now none of us can use mobile deposit, gives the same message that several other users have indicated that the phone needs to be rotated to take the picture. It’s not our devices as between us we have an iPhone8, 11, and 12. My husband has an iPhone8 and is still on iOS 15.6 and he’s the only one still able to use the function. This is extremely inconvenient when using the app is preferable to dealing with the inept staff at our local branch. Please fix this sooner rather than later.

  • Check deposit is broken

    When I try to deposit a check, I get prompted to rotate my phone to take pictures. But when I rotate, it continues to show the prompt and does not let me take a picture.

    This is a recent problem and I've only had this issue in the last month or so.
  • Please fix the security issues..

    I got a new phone and had to login from scratch. After one failed attempt of logging in, the app barred me from logging in again for 24 hours. Please..
  • Credit Card services are atrocious

    Almost none of the services are able to be completed on IPhone, the accept terms pages bug out.
  • Bill Pay doesn’t work with IPhone 14

    When using check deposit with iPhone 14, locks up with the message “rotate device to continue your deposit” when the camera icon is selected. Worked perfectly with previous devices.
  • Lacks some features; won’t accept official checks

    Checks from another bank deposited via mobile check deposit end up getting rejected and you only get an email saying it rejected.

    Also, cannot do a search in transactions for anything- keyword, amount, date, etc.

    Also history goes back only six months. This is very limiting. I now have to go back and look through statements. I used to be able to go back further under Fulton Bank NJ before their merger with Fulton Bank.

    Thank you for taking care of the other issues I mentioned previously.

  • Mobile Deposit issue

    Never have a written a review for any app ever, however when I go to make a mobile deposit which so have done plenty of times before. It says to rotate your device to continue your deposit. It isn’t an iphone issue because I made sure screen isn’t locked and rotation works with apps like safari, I tried restarting the phone, restarting the app, nothing works thus making it impossible to make a mobile deposit. Please fix or tell me how to.

  • Check Deposit

    The latest update does not allow me to do a check deposit in the mobile app. Screen orientation will not change from portrait to landscape while in the app.
  • Outdated interface, check deposit not working

    I think the interface isn’t very user friendly or attractive in general, but manageable. However now it simply won’t let me deposit a check. Once I click the camera button to take the photo, it’s just frozen on the “rotate screen to deposit” page. Rotating does nothing. I have the most recent updates for the app and iOS and all camera permissions etc are enabled in the settings for this app so not sure what’s going on. This is a very avoidable inconvenience. I need this money deposited today before my student loan auto pay hits.
