App was working fine until I updated App to iOS 17.

‘Login failed’ constantly, even though it was working fine, and will miraculously recover in a week.
Swann support offers assistance that just doesn’t work. It’s like they know their products fail and send you around in circles til you just get fed up and give up and accept you’ve wasted $$ on an inferior product. Never ever again will I buy Swann.Show lessSarah146799

Disappointed
I’ve had Swann for some time. It doesn’t always work as I would like, playback is an issue and sometimes it just stops working specially when I need to look back at an event.
Recently I lost some of the feed, it came back but now I cannot access the cameras without going into devices for each camera. Previously I could switch from one camera to another quickly. I now can only look at one camera at a time.
I have contacted Swann,not easily, the person I spoke to had a strong accent and was not easy to understand, the end result is they cannot help unless I have a monitor.

It never works!! Not user friendly at all. If u try and ask for support they are useless and all u get is some foreign person who cannot speak clear English and has NO idea what they are doing. Tried telling me that my internet doesn’t work. Like really everything else connected to the internet does…. Useless waste of my money. Would not even give 1 starShow lessmaddies11
Absolute rubbish.
This App along with the Swann cctv equipment is rubbish. The App forgets it’s settings and fails 9 times out of ten to remotely connect to the system via 4g making playback of stored recordings extremely difficult and unreliable. Even if you do manage to get it working, the App is confusing and clunky to use. It takes forever to load files even with the best 4g reception.
Bottom line is don’t bother with Swann stuff. It’s bottom of the range in my opinion. Poor man pays twice and I’m a sucker. Don’t you be.Show lessTrevhdsixtytwo
Useless
Bought this a while ago, but it’s absolutely useless for playback even on a PC and don’t even think about using your phone.
Based on this, I’d never buy another Swann product.Caddisflyguy
Worst app I’ve ever used
Playback doesn’t work, there’s no way to scroll to the time stamp you want and even if you wanted to watch the entire video, it cuts out. Completely uselessJordanDi123
