Used to work, now doesn't
Great app, worked perfectly either through wifi or 4g.
Now can't seem to view cameras at all on iphone?? Using ios 10.3.3
It has been working fine since the last update, nothing's changed, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no good and checked every possible cause with router etc, hope this issue is sorted soonShow lessAll the minions

The user interface of this application is fairly simple to navigate. Settings are easy to locate, understand, and change. You have control over the camera(s) of your choice; one camera on one big screen or four cameras on four little screens. The PTZ option appears to be absolutely useless because it does nothing.
The live feed works. I can see what the camera sees and it even has night vision.
The playback of this application is absolute, complete, and utter garbage. Horrible. Terrible. Ridiculous. I select a specific time I want to review and it doesn't load anything most of the time. The few times it does load, when I try to slide the bar to move forwards or backwards, it doesn't load. Once again, worthless playback.Show lessHgtrfhgyrddf
No Fast Forward During Playback
Unlike previous Swann apps, this one has no 2x, 4x, 8x playback speed. Searching for an event takes too long and I have sometimes given up looking. I cannot recommend this app or Swann going forward unless they find a way to add this feature back.SWZbayarea

So many bugs, I don't even know where to start. The most annoying, is trying to save a video where you navigate to a past time, hit "record", then stop. It doesn't record any video. Nothing is saved. In past versions, it saved but when played back, was slow.. as in 1 frame per second. Transcoding the videos to play back in normal speed should be a priority as many other security camera systems have this feature easily available (nest, Lorex, etc.). I actually night a nest camera because of how terrible this app is.Show lessjaywoodz
Video playback not working!!!
May 2017 - Fix the video playback. It is not working. What happened? Never should have updated.
Video playback works now as of July 1, 2017
July 1, 2017 - The video recording while in playback does not save to my phone as stated in the manual. The pictures that I take save but not the recording. Please fix that glitch!

App now works for me.
6/10. App seems to work now. I have to make sure I have a good Wi Fi signal first and make sure live view is showing all cameras. Playback will then show the check boxes.

SLOW!
Ridiculously slow on desktop and mobile. My house could robbed in the time it takes to finally get the screen up. And you can't set it to stay open.

Not giving this app a 1 star cause it works for the most part but really slow to display the cameras, there is another swann app i used for my older system that worked all the time and was super responsive however that app does not work with my new swann system so i'm forced to use this crappy version.Show lessT pepsicola

I can't express how useful this system is. We had a bunch of trash dumped in front of our storage lot, I searched three days back, Bam there he was perfect facial even able to zoom in read his name on his shirt and who he worked for PD arrested the culprit!!
