Still dropping off
Thought the latest update would fix the constant dropping off of images. With EE and hoped the fix might sort it out. Despite having strong wifi signal, images on for a few seconds then drops off yet again followed by a connecting and 3G/4g sign popping up, eventually wifi sign comes back and image on for a few seconds yet again before it once again drops off. It's become an absolute joke. Never happened in the past and know there isn't a wifi problem. Needs sorting.Show less1NikName
Poor connection poor signal poor quality
Very angry and upset after spending over £1000 on the kit and paying for installation the swann app is a major let down you cannot see it in HD it seems its black and white coverage and i just feel the quality is very poor consistently there is service IT issues where is fails to connect to the main server do not buy you will be disappointed !!!
Thanks for the response you still haven't awnsered my main point why does it state connection failed daily when i have 4G unlimited internet ????

By default the app does not use the recorded HD stream as the data rate needed would be more than most internet connections can handle, but you can change the setting for a single camera in the app to HD stream using the Stream icon at the bottom of the app and using the Clear option. Note that this uses a lot of data so should be used when needed only.Need more settings
I don't have a monitor to plug in so I want to make all setting changes on my phone. It's not supported now so hopefully future versions will allow that. Now, I need to change the time.Asb customer
Big improvement
Much more stable over the last release. Play back is still a bit buggy with the target date not far enough forward in the calendar day. Would be great if you can also set the option to load 4 or 8 screens automatically when launching the app rather than default to camera 1.Hackster NZ
