  • just one problem

    personally, i am fine with banking with cadence. although, yes, they use discover, i have never been to a place where i have been denied payment due to this. the only issue i have with cadence is that the app will not let me use my touch id. no matter how many times i try to, it always says “authentication failed”. i really wish this would be fixed. it works just fine on my ipad, but not my phone

  • Poor product

    The app description shows remote deposit. However, with business accounts, you have to go through a whole process that no one in customer service seems to know.

    Nothing works! Horrible!
  • Worst Banking App Ever

    Several times I’ve had to Delete the App and then Download it again just so I could use it.
    I’ve been with Cadence as far back as to when I worked with The Bank. I’m now considering closing my account and moving it to another bank just because I need to do mobile banking since there aren’t that many branches. This is very frustrating!!!

  • Mobile check deposit problems

    Have uninstalled, re-installed and called customer service 3 times. No one can seem to fix the problem. I need to find another bank.
  • Just like the bank, this app is horrible.

    Ever since my prior bank (State Bank) was bought out by Cadence Bank, I continue to be disappointed with every detail. I downloaded this app specifically due to their home website crashing constantly, as a hope for a better option. That turned out to be wishful thinking.

    EXTREMELY slow load times between pages.
    - Minutes between page loads, after finally jumping through every hoop, app automatically logged me out to start all over again.

    Unintuitive UI interface and customer experience.

    As with every other facet of this bank specific to customer service and experience, this app’s performance lags well behind all other banks. Sadly, it probably won’t be fixed anytime soon and if it finally does, I doubt I’ll still be a customer. Extremely disappointing.

  • No mobile check deposit.

    The app has been fine for me but it’s pretty surprising that it doesn’t have mobile check deposit. My old credit union with three locations in the boonies had an app that allowed mobile deposit.

  • Way Behind

    Given where most banks are with their applications and broad functionality, this one lags behind. My primary complaint is at log in and credentialing. App has supposedly added the ability to log in with Face ID by selecting a checkbox and ensuring your app settings are correct. This feature never works. Check the box each time and settings are never retained. Just an annoying customer CX.
