    I just made my account. All was working fine. Then it proceeds to say that the what I’m clicking on is not available but this is the screen right after I use my Touch ID to log in. I’m not comprehending what is wrong with this app. And I just set up my account??
  • App not available

    Latest version doesn’t work...at all. It makes a doomed attempt to login, spins a long wait, then says “App not available” with “retry” button that does nothing with screen frozen.
  • Touch ID is not reliable

    Having used the Touch ID for the last two years, I became used to having no trouble getting signed on to check my accounts. Then a month and a half ago the thumbprint icon disappeared from the sign on screen and I have been locked out of my accounts and been frustrated to no end with this app. I’ve spent HOURS talking with customer service and visiting my bank branch trying to get the app to work properly again and each time the bank has told me it is my phone that is the problem. I have had both Apple and ATT go through my phone and all of its settings. Everything is fine with the phone and they ALL tell me it is a problem with the Cadence App. I am ready to switch banks just so I can have working Touch ID on my banking app.

  • Functions poorly

    I have no choice but to use this app but it is definitely not user-friendly. When I make a deposit it fails to acknowledge completion of the deposit for a delayed period of time. I did not know that the first deposit was accepted until I tried to redeposit it. This is a definite flaw. Also the login using fingerprint identification fails to work regardless of what I do.

  • Flash Deposit Has Errors and Little User Direction

    Flash deposit has errors when I deposit two different checks with different check numbers but the same amount. Also there’s hardly any user guides for Fluent. There’s nothing on Bill Pay. There’s nothing at all for the computer platform. It’d be nice to have user instructions for online banking.

    I was using this app on my iphone for about 15 days, but TouchID stopped working and i have to input my password everytime now. it say to enable TouchID i have to login and Authenticate, but when i try to do it says Authentication failed...TouchID really saved a lot of time but now i am really not happy about the app. Developers if you can please help me sort this issue

    The updated version of the app includes long-awaited TouchID plus a sleeker user interface. Finally!!
  • It does not work

    I literally made my fluent account 5 minutes ago, and have all my information right beside me literally for a reference point so I won't misspell of get anything wrong. It will not let me login it says, "login error". I get on my computer and type in the same thing & it lets me into the account. I do not know what's going on. It's not me it's the app I really feel this is a useful app but it's literally useless it does not let me login so why even bother having on your phone. Please fix ASAP!!

  • iPhone 6 camera bug!!

    I like how the latest update allows you to see balances and transactions. However, the most important feature--camera access--is now blurry and keeps trying to flip check images upside down with iPhone 6. This is a fatal problem that needs immediate attention! Won't accept flash deposit images ("can't read data at bottom of checks")--the whole point of the app!!

    App is fairly pointless. Every time I try to use the total money feature; the App crashes. Haven't tried the remote deposit feature yet; tommorow is payday so we'll see...
    A lot of setup hastle when the remote deposit feature could have been added to the Cadence App which works great
