  • Great Helpdesk App

    I find Zoho desk very helpful for my business. I don’t use the app in isolation, I use it to complement the windows browser version. So a lot of the time I use it in Chrome, but when I am away from my desk I can still be notified of updates and reply to tickets.

    The best feature is that email issues that come direct to me can be emailed direct to the Helpdesk with detects who the original was from and creates a new ticket for me. Brilliant.

  • This app is HORRIBLE

    Not only does the app lack features from what a support person would need to access this from their phone, what it does do DOESNT WORK. I am tired of typing up emails and then getting an error message that the message can’t send for NO reason. Your app is trash.

    Zoho fixed a bug that was reported very quick. Great developers.
  • App constantly crashes

    Pretty useless - spend time typing out a reply to a ticket only to have it crash 3 times in a row. Super frustrating and makes the app useless.

  • Zoho desk changes the send from email automatically to another address

    The fact that zoho changes the email address to some default email every time I respond create massive disorder. Double the tickets.

    This happens only in the mobile app, not on the frack too.
