Good activities, bad app!
The activities and classes you can book through the app are great! I love them. But it’s so hard to actually book anything through the app. You have to either call, email or text the studio that runs the class rather than being able to book it through the app. Bad ticketing system. ClassPass does this much better, but the packages are cheaper and more reasonably priced on Gympass.Show lessBizzbuzz

I’ve been using this app for a while, and while there are some great features, I’ve been having a recurring issue with the check-in feature. Despite being able to check in for classes in person at the studio, the app consistently fails to register my attendance.
I’ve reached out to customer support and provided all the necessary proof, including my Uber ride details and the studio’s check-in verification, but I still haven’t been credited for a class that was marked as missed this month. It’s frustrating to not have this credit as my work schedule is sometimes very unpredictable.
In addition, the app has been slow and glitchy at times, which only adds to the frustration. I really hope these issues can be resolved soon because, otherwise, this app has a lot of potential. Until then, I’m hesitant to fully rely on it for managing my class schedule.Show lessnewgym1

I have been experiencing a persistent issue with the app's check-in feature. Despite attending and checking in for my classes, the app consistently fails to register my attendance. When I reach out to customer service, they only repeat the same information without offering any additional assistance. Customer support has informed me that I have XX missed classes remaining, but this reassurance doesn't address the fundamental problem: being inaccurately marked absent for classes I've attended. While I understand that technical issues can occur, this recurring problem significantly disrupts my user experience. If not resolved promptly, I may have to consider switching to alternatives like ClassPass, which better meet my needs. ClassPass has a straightforward check-in process, unlike this app, which is plagued by issues. Even if I attend the classes and check in with both the front desk and the app, Wellhub app still blame me for “not attending”. As a paying customer, I am left wondering what more I can do. I hope the developers can address this issue soon, as it currently hinders the app's usability for me.Show lesshellosense8fans
