Where did Apple Wallet go?
Solid app - could be a bit more intuitive in places. But a mostly simple way to purchase tickets, see showtimes, etc.
My one current frustration is that I used to be able to add purchased tickets to Apple Wallet. I got a new phone (and am on the current version of the app) but that feature isn’t available any more. Why not?Show lessdstrahan
Lack of features and on occasion, confusing
I’d like the see the app allow me to add my cinema ticket to my Apple wallet. If this IS an existing feature then it needs to become more accessible, I could not find any selections for it nor anything online about it.
Also, the check in is great EXCEPT I accidentally bump it constantly. A confirmation pop up or even a restriction, ex: “you can’t check in more than 1 hour before your showing”, would be incredibly helpful. I’d also like some more descriptions on some items, such as luxury seats, what comes with them? Why should I buy them? Where on Earth are they when I’m selecting seats? I double checked to make sure the showing I had selected had luxury seating, I still had no clue where it was. Maybe a little star or similar icon next to the number for the seat could clarify this.
Other than this I do love how convenient the app has become, it logs me out CONSTANTLY but it’s only a minor inconvenience. Everything else seems to work just fine (normally) and when it doesn’t they have been pretty good about spotting bugs.Show lessfaymous9

Stupid Notifications
This app works fine. But I constantly have four notifications that I have to look at and when I go into the app, there is no sign of where to look at the notifications. It’s the most annoying thing ever.sdpitcher
Won’t let me log in
Will not allow me to login. I can log into the website but it will not let me log into the app and no one at the theater knows how to help me.Kingdadof4
