  • Can’t login- UNUSABLE APP

    This app is unusable. I have deleted the app and re-installed. No matter what, I can’t login and access my account.
    Worthless. It used to work well, but now it’s absolutely broken.
  • Mesquite Megaplex Theater Complex

    Appreciate the service provided, especially during this difficult time. For future reference, please consider renovating the auditoriums, as in upgrading the seats. Very uncomfortable to sit through a movie, especially if physically challenged, to varying degrees, age issues included. Thanks!

    Reset my password several times and it does not work
  • App keeps showing error

    I was looking forward to a big tub of popcorn through this whole covid craze. Looks like my theater has curbside pick-up but the app keeps showing an error when I go to view cart. There's no option to order online or over the phone. Super disappointed. Should I just show up to the theater?

    We’re very sorry to hear that you had difficulty with your curbside order during our theatre closure. This service came together very quickly with limited resources. Since May we’ve reopened our theatres and fined-tuned our mobile concessions ordering service. We’ve also transitioned to in theatre counter pickup.     The updated app is great. It works well and I really like the interface. Easy to see movie times and what’s playing!

  • Curbside pick up

    I’ve been trying to order popcorn for a half hour and I just keep getting error notifications.
    I switched from scanning my credit card to manually sending in my card number and expiration date. Each way I entered and scanned it was accepted until time to checkout, then the error symbol came back.

    I’ve given my card number to this site so many ways and times that I’ll have to watch for false purchases. I don’t know who was actually getting my information, but it wasn’t Megaplex apparently. It’s super frustrating!

  • No longer has waived fees

    The app seems to have come a long way from its first release.

    An unfortunate development: you no longer avoid booking fees with gift cards in the app. Previously, using a gift card would waive service/booking fees on the web version or in app. There was no indicator of this as we checked out. We wrote them and received the following response:

    “ Hello ...,
    Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we have lost the ability to waive our mobile app services fees and from here on out, we will continue to have them. We try to combat having these fees by keeping the cost lower than other ticketing platforms. If you wish to avoid paying those service fees, you may do so by purchasing tickets online, from our website, using a Megaplex Gift Card.”

  • Kept getting an error message with payment

    I kept trying to buy two tickets for today. I was continuously getting error messages when I would try to use Apple Pay... so then I tried to add my card to my account and pay that way. I got the card added but still got an error message. Then I tried once more, but the seats I wanted were gone (it’s $5 Tuesday so I thought maybe someone else bought them before I could get the app to work). I tried for some different seats, and it finally worked! Woohoo! Then I notice in my purchases that I have two sets of 2 tickets for the same showing (one for the seats I originally wanted and the other for the ones I settled for the second time). Now I’m trying to refund the second set, and not only am I getting another error message, it’s also letting me know that I can’t get a refund for the booking fees when it’s the app that caused this double booking problem!!!!
