This app is hopeless
Password reset doesn’t work, security is onerous. Terrible app
Atrocious customer service, very unprofessional!
I applied for a business account, was accepted but immediately realised the account wasn’t suitable because of the inability to pay in cheques so I cancelled the account. Some six months later I attempted to open an account again. This time my application was rejected with no reason being given despite my circumstances not having changed. On phoning customer services I was told quite abruptly that cashplus didn’t have to give me a reason for refusing my application and that I should wait a few weeks then apply again. I duly reapplied a month or so later and was rejected again! All very strange considering I have a personal account with them! After I posted a critical review on trustpilot their customer services contacted me asking me for personal information which I provided , the result? Silence! Not a word from them since! Very poor unprofessional service from a company who wants to be entrusted with customers finances!

Great app, great card for saving also don’t mind the charge of £5.95 per month!
Can only spend you have in so can’t go over!
Only problem I have is how long it takes to transfer money which isn’t immediately!
If you try transfer money on bank holidays it won’t go in till the next day or if you transfer on a Friday you won’t receive till the Monday!
It takes hours to transfer to your other accounts or to someone else, that can be a major problem for me and some others especially if that’s the only card they have!
Would give it 5 stars if the transfers were immediately like any other banks!
Also can’t get credit or an idraft or iadvance ( what they call for overdrafts) even when you have been with them nearly a year and never missed any payments and always having money in the account, that should be considered to those who have always paid on time and that the company can see!
Hopefully that will come soon but other than the transferring money problems, overall a good company!

Excellent better than a high street bank!
I use Cashplus for my business and it’s fantastic I can always check my balance what’s going out what’s coming in. It’s linked to QuickBooks so have direct feed to my bank in my accounting.
Due to my business taking on work in Europe I got a Cashplus Eurocard which is proving to be invaluable to me. It’s worked on the Pay Routes in the motorways and where ever I have used my card with no problems which is far superior than my previous bank when I’ve had those embarrassing moments when you fear that your payment may not go through.
I found transferring money from my account into Euros painless and the fact I don’t incur charges when paying in euros is a bonus. Highly recommend Cashplus

Brilliant and versatile
I’ve had my Cashplus card now for about 4 years it’s great for internet use because if it’s details get taken you can only lose what you have on it - so you go to the app block the card immediately ring up and get a new one -ok it will cost you £5 (I think )but that’s a whole lot better than the rigmarole you go through with bank cards
Other advantage got a family member at university or just a very good friend then you can get them scars on your account you charge at your end they can use at theirs but rest assured they can’t go mad they can only spend however much you put on it - I could go on about the millions of uses and how secure it makes your money feel
When you take your bank card out it’s line taking a huge wad of money if it gets stolen it’s gone but with the Cashplus card it’s like only taking a few pounds out if it gets stolen cloned etc you only lose what you had on it and all for just under £6 a month you can’t buy insurance for that
Top up at a post office by the time you have gone out the door it’s ready for you and I top up from my bank usually there in an hour tops so it’s easy to add to it for those impulse buys or when your child /young adult is desperate with only a tin of beans for their dinner and hey are a 100 miles away.

I think the app is great I no the company are doing the best as the it’s a step step and it takes time as there can’t be any mistakes from a company of your stature and it take time for progress but I have noticed some small flaws nothing for worrying as I’m sure you’s are on the case to rectify the minor issues witch I believe your chief executives will release what Minor issues I’m am referring to as every company of your of your stature has and I’m sure they will be resolved before you’s receive this review as I said love the Cashplus app and the hard work of all the great employees you have ready to help costumers like myself keep up
