  • Awesome monitor

    We love it
  • Great!

I love the ibaby! We have a vtech camera and an ibaby and I would tell everyone to go ibaby all the way! That being said, idk if it was the update but all of a sudden it’s making me plug my phone back into the camera base in order to use it. It’s only just started doing this in the last month or so, which makes me think it’s just an update issue (and I’ve had it for like 2 yrs). BUT! Ultimately worth the buy!
Update-July 2018- we’ve had another iBabyCare update, still needing to plug my phone into the camera base multiple times a week. Getting a little annoying because, of course, it doesn’t show that it’s having an issue until the baby is asleep in the room and you have to try and be as quiet as possible so you don’t wake them... and I really liked the iBabyCare.

  • Can’t use it if it won’t activate

Hopefully we can get this fixed! I just spent upwards of $200 on this monitor and can’t get the freaking thing to activate. As for the 60 second install... it’s a nice theory - the activation bar in the app loads all the way then just stalls out. I have tried everything from changing the device we are using, resetting the WiFi, resetting the phone, reloading the app. I emailed customer service and was promised an answer in 24 hours - no response yet it’s been 36 hours. Tried calling and their call center for support is only open on weekdays. This was an expensive gift and the gift giver wants to see it work... the product came highly recommended but right now it’s not able to be used at all and I’m kinda wishing I bought a cheaper $40 monitor that didn’t need high tech support if the support isn’t going to be available.

  • It’s pretty darn good!

Got this for our little one when he was 6 months old and it has been a great investment. With my partner often travelling for work, he is able to check in on Baba and watch him getting ready for bed. We live away from Family so his Grandies are able to log on and read goodnight stories too.
The alert settings are very delicate even at the lowest settings so this can become a bit annoying. The music function is good too. Love the classical lullabies.

  • Needs improvements!

Love the look. The monitor is good.
The temperature gauge seems to be off. The music control volume is not sensitive to adjustments and won’t register I’ve adjusted the volume. The white noise selection is great but iBabyCare need to have it so it can be on a continuous loop with no breaks (currently plays for around 10min at a time, fades as the track ends then starts up again). Can you fix it so the white noise is on a constant loop with no gaps?
    The listen volume also lags.

  • Software Stopped Working

I have an iBaby M6 baby monitor which has stopped functioning. The software within the device no longer communicates with my iPhone (tried with both an iPhone 7 and 7+, running iOS 11.3.1) and therefor it has become a $200 paperweight.
I called customer service was told "there's nothing we can do" because it is out of warranty.
Understand, this is not due to a broken item, misuse, or other issue. This is due to a software issue. The iBaby customer service team confirmed this. Yet, I have been told that regardless of the monitor malfunctioning due to its software quality, they are unwilling to make any effort to correct the issue.
It is unfortunate that they do not stand behind the quality of tnheir product, despite being one of the premium-priced monitors available.

  • Fabulous app

Highly recommend!! I am loving it
  • Frustrating

The sound alert keeps turning itself off each time I get an alert... my husband is the opposite, he’s tried turning the alert off and it stays on. Also has heaps of background noise when you listen through the monitor. Contacted the company and they didn’t bother responding. Poor service and product.

  • It's good, but...

The only issue is that the audio (the playing of music) is very glitchy and hardly works.
  • Amazing technology!!!

I actually purchased this used from someone who said they loved it but didn’t have WIFI anymore. I gave it a try and love that the ibaby doesn’t connect to a phone necessarily, but through individual WiFi. That means I can pass it on to someone else and I won’t be able to access the monitor. I also love that I can add as many people to view the monitor as possible. My husband works evenings and works about 30 min away so if he wants to be able to check on his baby girl, he can do so! If my in-laws or Mom are watching my daughter, they’ll have access to it as well and I can adjust settings and availability for each person and view a log history. I can play music and view night vision, get alerts, record my own voice, etc. this thing is the ultimate baby monitor and I’m in love!!!
