  • App constantly closes

    The app will randomly close, several times throughout the period of time you’re using it. I’ve notified iBaby a few times on this and each time I am told “we are working on it, give us 24-48 hours”. The point of the app is so I can have it on and continue doing other things but still see and hear my child. With it randomly closing, I think he’s just asleep and fine in his crib since it’s quiet, but when I check to see him, I find out the app has been closed. My patience has been worn thin with this product and the lack of real tech support so I’ve switched to the Owlet. Get your tech team actually working on this before you continue to lose customers.

  • Great app but crashes are a pain

    The baby monitor and features are second to none, the only downfall we have with this is that it does tend to crash at least 3 times per night if we are viewing it. When our boy is old enough to sleep in his own room then hopefully this will not crash in the background as we will not hear him. I see other reviews of this crash happening 2 years ago so I hope this can be rectified soon.

  • Terrible again and again

    Extremely bad experience since your sh#t versions updated recently !
  • Do not buy

    App crashes constantly. Customer service will send an email once every 3 days apologizing for the issue but won’t fix it or offer any assistance or acknowledge requests for refunds.
  • Crashes after 5mins

    App crashes multiple times a day. Needs to get it fixed
  • App Quits in the Night

    The app quits while I have it running in the night. I wake up to my baby’s cries down the hall and I have no idea how long she’s been crying. It has happened to me multiple nights now on multiple devices. Really frustrated and disappointed.
  • Cool gadget, app reasonably good

    Really enjoy this baby monitor. I love that it has a clear image, adjusts between day and night vision, the camera rotates around, it has a wide range of lullabies and melodies and generally works well.
    I wish the music bar was fixed rather than pop up/down as it makes adjusting the volume VERY tricky.
    Another Big downside is that it also drains your battery 🔋even if you aren’t in the app.

  • Newest update crashes repeatedly

    Since the newest update, the app crashes after a short period of time. Avoid the newest update if you can. Other than that, I have had no issues with previous versions.
  • Regret to buy!

    Never got successful activation on all our iphones. Every time it just crash at the start of the activation process. We have to buy another baby camera to look after our baby. The customer support initially respond but no actual improvement. Now they just ignore us. Extremely disappointed!!!
  • Don’t do current update!

    My phone automatically does my app updates and I’ve it did, no longer can see the photo on mine. Have had this for 3 years almost, no issues. The current update I did yesterday at some point (7/6/21) made my screen go black and now I can’t see anything. It was fine in the morning and by that night it wasn’t. My husbands is not updated and he can still see the video just fine. Went to go on his tablet to view the monitor and updated the app only to also get to a black screen as well. That’s how we came to know that it had to be the update. Tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn’t work (this also erased all my videos and photos so thanks for that ibaby didn’t know that would happen, only thought this occurred when you reset the monitor) I hope this will be fixed soon as my husbands is the only one who can see our 2 year old, I can only hear him.
