Poor connection and new fees for texting
I’m a therapist in private practice. I chose this app because it’s HIPAA compliant. However, the quality of the connection is often poor, and often I experience significant delays (5 seconds or more) when talking with the person on the other end of the call. And just today I received an email stating that they will be instituting an extra fee for texting. I’ll definitely be switching to another provider when my paid term is up.

Poor app
Both desktop and phone app don’t automatically update. You have to manually do it. Voicemail is glitched most often on phone app. Must delete and reinstall often. They keep saying that they have a new app but they don’t.
Scam
This app is basically designed to sign you up and make it nearly impossible to quit. Please find another option!
Horrible service
Complete waste of time, calls dropped. Text does not work half the time. Do not bother.
Extremely glitchy
Very unreliable for a business. You have to make multiple attempts for one call to go through, caller ID is often wrong, spam texts and calls come through, often the keypad doesn’t appear when you’re on a call and need to press a number to get to the right department, counts calls made outbound as missed incoming calls, voicemails are glitchy too.
I have excellent internet connection, have deleted and reloaded the app several times. Have tried different combinations of permissions, and have co texted support several times and they have no answered, and keep you on hold for very long periods of time.
Also, the online dashboards are insanely confusing, with way too many hidden dashboard screens to access simple tasks like setting up a holiday closure voicemail message. After two hours trying to complete with support, it was then 8pm Est, and I could no longer be on the call. The support member assured me they would continue working on the issue until it was done and co firmed set up before the weekend. I had a sinking feeling, so I called in myself two days later to find it had not been completed so I had to spend time on my holiday trying to troubleshoot this issue on my own.

Doesn’t work - error messages & poor customer service
App doesn’t work and when you ask for help that too doesn’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled four times. Chatted for a while and I am over it. Wasted a whole bunch of time instead of doing actual work.
Not a Good Company
Company Makes you call in and wait on hold just to cancel account. Can’t be done online. Then they hold you on the phone for 30 min trying to save the account. NO.
App not working
App won’t allow me to log in since 3/7 (and counting). They keep suggesting I use a browser on my phone except if I toggle to check email or calendar about client conversation, the call drops
Just purchased and already want to cancel
Literally wanting to cancel this within 48 hours of purchase. I can’t get the app to work! Doesn’t let me log in. Contacted customer support and they are “working on it diligently.” They showed me a log showing where it went down 24 hours prior to my complaint and here I am 36 hours after that and it’s still down. Ugh.
