Needs more improvements specifically with taking appointments for Radiology and gynecology customer service are unprofessional
Some lab tests doesn’t show on the app even after 10 days from taking the sample

The app has very simple UI but very frustrating to use, if you want to go one step back you will have to re-do and fill all the forms.AbdullahQQQ

The app has all the services that you’ll need as a patient, However the user experience is rather bad and it is very hard to reach some features as well as the interface “look and feel” is not user friendly at all, the color distribution and the main page’s hierarchy needs improvement 👌🏻DinaAlangari

I exited KSA Dec 2019 and returned Oct 2020.
The new app is much more user friendly and quicker to retrieve and load information.
The old app was good but this new version has taken it to a better level.
Although some improvements are needed still.
ALL IN ALL, it’s really good and the ALL the hospital staff are professional, friendly and make you feel at ease.Show less786Ibrar
