Super easy to register
I haven’t been to this hospital as a patient before but was recommended by a friend to register via the app with my iqama & book my appointments directly through the app. I am pleasantly surprised that this was as simple as I was told & only took 5 minutes from installing the app to having an appointment with the dentist of my choice (a drop down list let’s you select a practitioner of your choice). However, I have awarded the app 4 stars because I tried to add my 2 children to my account but because they are on my husband’s iqama I was unable to do this. Please add this feature - I am the one who will book and take my children to their appointments so it only makes sense that they should be able to be linked to my account. When this feature is available, then I will happily award the app 5 stars.Show lessAmyP1978

You can add your family members: Go to "My Family" > then "Add Family Member" >then select "National ID-Iqama" or "File Number" >then insert the information's > then press "Add the member" >then the member will receive code in his phone " inter this code" >then you will notified that you add him successfully> then Go to his/her file and except the request... The app is in general good. But the way to book appointments is really bad. You must choose hospital, then doctor, then you see the dates available for that particular doctor. If you are more concerned about dates than about the doctor, there is no way to choose your preferred date and then available hospital and doctors...Show lessReliableR

It doesn’t show my latest laboratory results. It doesn’t show the name if the doctor on “live care”. Also live care calls are hard to connect with. Some doctors in my timeline i have not visit ever!Khawlaaaaaaaa
Good idea but poorly done
Great ideas but way too complicated.
Recommend:
1. Delete auto voice assistant / it doesn’t work
2. Make core things easy like booking appointments and re fill prescriptions
3. Simply and quality check website in Arabic and EnglishRiz1uk

The app has major bugs, I want to see me lab results and so it asks for verification, I verify by sms and never get the text or if I do it crashes and lags, either way I cannot access my lab results or my file via this app.Gol D Roger AKA Pirate King
