Bugs
Buggy app, kept asking for shipping address even after its already entered, wanted an “associated billing address” for card after billing address already entered, broken links that lead to error 404 pages LOL!!! All the promo codes for Shopbop can only be used on the app, if you want to direct people away from your website and to the app, make sure it works first. Deleting and never buying from Shopbop again.

SCAM!
I attempted to place an order through this app and immediately received a scam text asking me to confirm that the credit I had used had been declined. I blocked my credit card and an hour later received another text asking me to respond the the previous one. Both texts disappeared after a few minutes. I have used shop bop in the past without issue. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Almost great...
I use Shopbop more than any other site, but PLEASE work on the app! Two main things that bug me:
1) why can’t you track returns in the app?? I am constantly switching to safari to do this
2) the pop ups when my heart items go on sale almost never actually show up

Love this app
I think that with this app I know I am getting quality and it helps me to be aware of the latest fashions. I have been trying to step up my style and avoid fast fashion in search for quality that I love and I think Shopbop has been a big helper in that journey. The set up is easy to follow and the organization is masterful. Love this app and will continue to love it.

Quick and easy and the coupon codes actually work! So far so good Shopbop.
Making it too easy for me to spend my money
I have always loved the website but the mobile app takes the experience to the next level.
The ability to easily filter for what I’m shopping for, save favorite articles of clothing, and checkout quickly make this app a win for me.
2 items I’d love to see for future versions are the ability to watch the product videos which are on the web experience and the ability to signup to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available again.

So easy to make purchases!
I love that I don’t have to type anything in, I just use my thumb, and the order is placed! I love that I can have as many items as I want in my favorites. The whole app is so easy and such a pleasure.
