About the delivery plug-in
Y’all’ve been promoting the free delivery on weekends so I’m currently waiting for my schlozzie and got some feedback for yas.
My address looked wonky after I submitted it. I called the store to check that the apartment number was placed after the street name, didn’t get a totally reassuring response but thought, if needed, I’d correct it with the driver later.
So delivery is through DoorDash! Awesome!
I thought your app, or even their app, would give me ability to chat to the driver…. Nope. That’s a feature I use on DoorDash but my order isn’t accounted for in my DoorDash app because i was never prompted to login on their side. Just got an email with their tracking ability and your app to show the status. Can y’all look into adding that feature supported by DoorDash into your app? Could DoorDash rework how they support restaurants with White Labeling?

Bad day.!
I just went to one of the locations and I had redeemed one my coupons, I never had a problem with it until these two last times I went. They always ask to see the coupon like 5 times to end up telling me the computer won’t take it or something. What’s the point on having an app if the locations are having trouble using the coupons. And to make it worse, we had asked our food to go and the guy making the sandwiches didn’t care to bag them so we had to eat our food there and also gave us the wrong order.

First time app user for Bogo Pizza Wednesday
I would say the app was pretty easy to use the only things I didn’t like about it were that you could not add any notes for your order like if you wanted something on the side and it was a little difficult getting my pizzas into the cart I didn’t seem to understand that very well it took me a while to get that part done and then your rewards expire like I had a free drink and chips with the entrée and it was only on there for like a week or two, and then it expired, there’s no free reward for downloading the app and making a profile, and they don’t have any birthday freebies. But I do love their sandwiches 🤤😋

The food we were served and nobody there and when we got there, we had to holler for someone
First of all when we got there, it wasn’t very busy and one of the ladies sitting out maybe two different tables walk in there’s no employee we walk to the counter were you order no employee except one that she was busy working had her back to us so we waited a little bit longer, but she might be done so I finally just walked to the door little bit and said hello and she said be with you in a minute well she finally showed up took the order and kind of confuse me and I ordered a sandwich. I didn’t like I ordered soup I didn’t like because first of all it didn’t taste the same which was the, like the Santa Fe super spicy stuff it tasted like chili instead of Mexican. We didn’t eat our food we left it. It was awful while we were sitting there trying to eat our food. Another couple came in, went to the counter and they waited just like we did nobody attending to them so the man he went back and ask, is anybody here. Same thing that we had to do. The food was awful. The soup was horrid. I was glad I got a bag of potato chips cause I can eat that on the way to Canyon to the granddaughters graduation. I sure hate riding this negative but if that’s the way it was. And you want to know so now you know.

Glitchy Rewards
The app overall is decent. However, I accidentally clicked redeem rewards instead of cancel as I wasn’t at the restaurant yet. When I finally arrived at the store, the app wouldn’t let me use my rewards even though it still showed I had all my points. It kept saying I could only redeem points once per purchase (well I was in the store so how does it know I haven’t already used them). It didn’t matter if I restarted the app or my phone, it wouldn’t let me redeem points. Frustrating.
Still bought the sandwiches and enjoyed them though.

Nice and good too
Today was only my second visit to this S B location. The first was a few years ago for soups when my husband was sick/ they were all very good. And the drive-thru service was as well. Today I went not knowing what I wanted. Thankfully no one was behind me in the line. The cashier was friendly and helpful, answering my many questions. And she was smiling at the window/ so important to me! I don’t know her name :-(. The food was great too/ two soups, side salad, Cinnabon minis ( a little pricey but delicious! ) and the avocado chicken pizza was really good. It could’ve used more chicken but it was ok and the crust was good! I will go again soon to try more offerings now. Thanks!

Wrong way haha
Very first time I order online and did a pickup I got confused with the your drive-thru service because the pickup side is on the passenger side not the driver side? The woman at that window was very pleasant to me because I did drive up the wrong way? And actually told me that they need to put arrows out so it’s less confusing to the customer!! I was very impressed with her customer service ! !!! I wish I would of ask her name that way she could get the recognition she deserves thank you the best sandwich ever thank you

Food was poor quality.
We placed an order to be delivered. Two sandwiches, two soups and a salad. First of all they didn’t deliver the soups. You needed a magnifying glass to see the sauerkraut on the Reuben. Both rolls tasted like they were three days old. I will admit that the Greek salad was good. When I called about the missing items, I was told I could drive to the restaurant and pick them up. If I had wanted to drive why would I pay for delivery and add a tip? When the manager asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. I was told I would have to call back tomorrow. This will be the last time I ever get food from Schlotzsky’s in Anderson.

What a GREAT person!!
Wow wow and triple wow - Darlene (cashier) was literally THE most helpful person I’ve encountered at ANY food establishment in quite some time!
She helped me understand that I could be earning reward points with every order - and then she took the time to show me how to work the Schlotzsky’s app so that I could use that for orders and earning rewards!! SO patient and so incredibly nice - its just so rare to come across somebody as kind, helpful, and patient as Darlene in the food industry! Besides the great food, she is absolutely a MAJOR reason that I will continue eating schlotzsky’s - and coming back to THIS particular location going forward!! Thank you so much Darlene for such a GREAT experience this evening!!

To go order taken inside
We received exceptional service from our cashier. My wife and I had 3 small kids and the order was taken very fast and she even split the order up into 2 bags. Food came out much sooner than expected! We will all be back again.
