  • Bad sandwich

    We ordered the deluxe original and received only 1 meat in the sandwich, nothing like the display. I understand that it may not be exactly the same as the photo you displayed. However, we pay more for more and I didn’t get more. I’m at the San Marcos outlet mall location and went around twice and got mustard vs Mayo. Please stop displaying such a disparity from what you actually serve. So disappointed and was also told that your location has been asked to cut back in meats in sandwich.

  • A great experience 🤩

    Ok, first of all the person taking my order was so nice, and secondly I wanted to sign up for the rewards, and I can honestly say signing up for the app was very easy, and it gave you so many choices to do so.
    Wonderful food, great customer service and the place to be on this chilly day 🤩

  • Terrible experience

    Well , I have not been to Schlotzsky’s in a long time … I would say about 2 years or more …. And it was because of a bad experience I had before that I never discussed nor complained about …
    I decided to stop and get a all veggie pizza through the drive-thru …
    They incorrectly gave me a veggie sandwich. Much to my surprise… they charged me for the difference. No apology or anything … now it did not matter to me the cost of difference. It was just the principle of it all …
    I had to pay for the mistake of the restaurant for a Luke warm pizza ….
    Needless to say I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I guess this was my farewell dinner to Schlotzsky’s . I will not be eating at any of their restaurants anymore ….

  • Best Sandwich in Town

    I never do this but I truly think you guys are serving the best sandwiches in town. When you bite into it you can just taste the difference. Not to slam any other places but I doubt you will ever see me at a Subway again. Only complaint I have is that I wish there was one in Mt Washington Ky.
  • Redeeming rewards

    I’ve tried to redeem at least two of my rewards and i’m not sure if your employees understand the process of ordering/redeeming then for guests. Today i ordered through the drive thru and use on of my rewards. Let them know before hand like instructed and still ended up not receiving my rewards but losing one. Didn’t receive my “free” chips, drink and cookie.

    I tried to order BOGO pizza, but the app was not clear on how to do that. It was charging me full price. I called the store, the man answered, was rushed and told me the total would automatically adjust. Apparently was busy, didn’t apologize for the fact that I was experiencing issues. He was in a hurry. He called back about 20 minutes later informing me that I had ordered 3 pizzas. I reminded him that I was ordering BOGO, or 2 pizzas but my bank account had now been charged for 4. Instead of,at that point, not only did he argue with me, continued to insist I had ordered 3 pizzas, no apology about my problem with the app, no listening to me about what I wanted, I told him that I had been charged for 4 so I wanted 4 pizzas. When I arrived to pick up the order, he wanted to show me the ticket and explain. He knew I was very unhappy from the phone call and being charged for 4, but he wanted to continue the argument. I asked him if he really wanted to do that or if he wanted to hand me my pizzas so I could leave. NEVER GOING BACK

  • Jackson is lucky to have you!

    This is my 2nd visit to this brand new location.
    I am SO thrilled to have a closer location. Both times, the cashier was patient and helpful. I can’t imagine how difficult it is opening a new place at this time. Our food was hot and delicious! The wait was minimal. I spoke with a young lady today and told her how much we appreciate them and that we hope folks will be patient and nice; we know people can get upset and not take into consideration how difficult it is to get staff AND that y’all are still working out the kinks.
    Just know we are thankful for you guys and we will be back next week.

    First time to come here and cashier who helped me was short with me I just downloaded the app and the free drink and chip didn’t show up to add to my order she told me the toltal and took my card I asked her after the fact if I could use it she said it had to be done before hand well she didn’t give me an opportunity to do that her attitude sucked not gonna go back to this location again

  • Don’t use if there’s a supposed “deal”

    This app continues to underperform!! The location I go to sells salad, all the time, but it’s not available on the app. Got a BOGO pizza offer? Be prepared to pay full price. I can drive to the Schlotzsky’s and back twice and never get parts of the app to pull their head out. It’s clunky, it doesn’t know which end is up, and it makes me HIGHLY tempted to forget about saving time by using their app, going there (giving them desperately needed business, because they’re barely staying open), to get their food. Yikes, and at an economic toilet bowl of a time we’re finding ourselves in now…!! Do the corporate/app people even care about their franchisees?! Help your people out and get a better app!!

  • Great service

    Awesome and patient service from Arie and the manager at the Rock Creek location in Lott Rock, Arkansas. My app wasn’t connected and not allowing my coupon to be utilized on my visit. Arie and manger were very attentive in helping to resolve the issue whereas another employee was trying to usher me along because there was a “line” developing by the employees assisting me with my order! I trust Arie and the manger on duty will be recognized for their outstanding and attentive service.
