Only thing is txt msg start with my number and its takes your letters space so before you start msg you need ti delete number ;) otherwise all okay - cheap to LV and LT most country where i call :)Liga Aleksejeva
Tricky guys. Call failed Issue. They didn't fix it. I lost £20 in the account.
I have registered this app, topped-up by adding few pounds and started using it to place International calls. It was fine few days. Then I added few more pound. Now my balance is £20. But getting called failed error whenever Im placing International calls. Sent around 7 emails to support. I got a reply for 5 of my emails asking to try again by claiming they fixed the issue. I replied saying "Issue still exist. Please refund my money back. Literally I'm not able to use £20 in the account". After that they stopped replying to me emails. Now I lost £20 which got locked into the toolani account. Please dont try this app. They will let your app work for few days. Once you load with higher amount they will start doing some tricks and not allow you to use your amount in the account.

Replying of conversations
Can’t do more than few minutes of conversation for overseas calls, the system then strays to play back the same conversation from the beginning , very very annoying !!!!voykan
Very bad service
For the last 4 weeks I have spend money in calls but the communication is terrible, I can talk about a minute and then I start listening a voice recorder of what is been say before, terrible serviceBelgic1

I have been trying to get the Probate Department at the British Virgin Islands. When I manage to get someone to answer at customer service was have a hard time hearing each other. When I get transferred, it rings a long time and I get disconnected. This is a business call, and I really need to connect. I chose Toolani because it supposedly had the best connection. I’ve had better connections with using my ATT line but it’s just so expensive! But I guess Toolani saves money at the expense of quality sound.Show lessSilver Gypsy

Was never connected they still takes my minute each time email them in regard to credit back my minutes no one address my concern.. i don’t even know or see where to remove my billing account information there’s never a customer service when I try to chat or email my email have never reply still nothing.Show lessMimisneaky
