Excellent app
I use the app daily to call my 104 year old mother in the UK, and am grateful that I can accomplish this at a bargain rate..... we talk for. At least 30 minutes daily. I wouldn’t be able to afford the calls using my regular provider. (Bell Canada )

Hazle free, mostly always good service
Before this app I was using a second phone with a prepared sim card form a service provider that kept taking my money and not able to get decent service. This app makes it easy to manage my minutes with very good rates. I’m not sure if it’s the other end but at times it is hard to get trough and goes straight to voicemail but if you keep trying you eventually get connected.Show lessJeoHeff

Worst app to ever exist .. frauds you are with all poor connection and worst rates ever. Thought you would be better than Rebtel but not at all. Not sure why I was deceived by the good ratings which I thin your employees might be doing or sth like thatCollins Bugingo

It’s very disappointing that there is a problem in connection and I emailed a few times and spoke to customer services and nothing has been done. Used toolani for years and always been good service! But for a few last weeks doesn’t work 🙁 hopefully you will fix problem.Show lessJulia Ferries

I have been using for several weeks to call from Germany to US. It is cheap as promised And has worked very well and easy to use. Only drawback so far is sometimes cuts off when talking. Have made enough good calls without cutting off - to be able to rate 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if not calls were cut off.Show lesswiesbaden101
Disappointing
I just signed up and topped it with $5 and every time I try to make an international call an automated response “ Sorry, we are unable to connect your call at this time” comes up.cbspete

Bizarre! Fraud!? Call stuck in a loop.
I called my mom in El Salvador three different times because I thought I had a bad connection at first. Then realized that after a while the same thing kept being said trying to confirm if we could hear each other ok. I stopped talking and it sounded like mom was still answering my questions but after maybe 30 seconds a loop of her same responses started. I let it run 2-3 times then for no reason the call went into voicemail!!! In the meantime I got fooled into using up some of my credit at .25/minute. So bizarre! I had not used the app in a while. Now I don’t trust using it but still have about $4 in it!!Show lessMAGNOV
