    The app Jet2 does not work at all. I hope it is a temporary problem.

    App easy to use but not impressed by price going up by £15 when I got to pay. My son was booking for 2 Adults and 3 Children which were all full price oldest 9 years and I let him complete first so on the return flight he would not get hike on 5 fares. I tried to complete 1 min later but payment rejected and then price hike. I am flying with you 3 times this year (twice Madeira and once Turkey as part of golfing group)but this was not good having price hike. Please don’t get like Easy Jet and Ryan Air John Fynn

    This does still not explain why I had gone through the whole process with a certain price and it was only at the checkout after entering all my credit card details and pressed confirm that it said price had gone up. I then had to enter credit card details again.
    I will check later in January to see if price has gone down.
    How would you feel if you got to the checkout with some goods which were priced at £300 to be told in the last two mins the price had gone up to £315 because the customer in front had bought one. In law if you display a price I believe you have to honour it. I will do some research on this in the New Year Law of Tort?

    Thank you for your feedback, In line with the website, we work on a live pricing system. This means our prices can fluctuate at any time. This can be due to availability and changes in promotions. Once a search is made all results, both flights and hotels, will display a view which will allow you to compare to cost of travelling on alternative days of the month. Or alternatively for flights you can search flights by month in the side menu. If you have any further concerns please do email us at app-support@jet2.com.
  • Not user friendly

    Trying to use the app in USA. It is impossible to get to my booking. Manage my booking screen comes up blank. Not very user friendly unfortunately.

    Hi there, if the app content is not loading as expected we believe you may be using a VPN. We unfortunately do not support the use of VPNs with the app at this time. If this is not the problem please do email us at app-support@jet2.com and we will look into this for you.

    My wife Valerie and I are great admirers of Jet2 we always try to use them for our holidays. There actual courtesy at check in is brilliant and throughout the flight. We are, and will continue to use them whenever possible, plus we like to take our daughter Lisa with us.
    But we have also had a bad experiences with Jet2, when during the lock down we had to cancel our holiday because we were advised, by the NHS, that we were very venerable should we travel. Left with little option we canceled our holiday. Jet2 then really surprised us when they refused to return any of of our holiday payment. They also failed to inform us that we could transfer our holiday to a later date, this was hard to swallow.
    However, this year in April we again booked a holiday with Jet2 which we enjoyed, plus we have again booked another holiday for March 2023 with Jet2.

  • Wonderful service from Usha, Thursday October 10th

    I experienced wonderful service today. We needed to change my wife’s name from miss to Mrs, which has mean her name since October 16th 1982; that was arranged easily by Usha. I mentioned that some of my speech is now less precise than it used to be the case, since I had a stroke last November. Usha very kindly remained on the phone to help with arranging our Booking Passes. She was exceptionally clear, and when your system on my computer stopped working she advised me how to log in to your Web site. Her help was enormously appreciated, not merely that she guided my wife and I so well, but also that her tone of voice was so excellent. Her method of speaking was always such that we will want to fly with Jet2 again. Would you very please thank her. Her method may be your usual method of service, but we certainly appreciated her approach. Our flight was 3E9DCP, 18th October.

    My partner recommended Jet2 for our first sunshine break away. I couldn’t believe how easy and how varied the selection of hotels and locations were. I was used to accessing the usual online holiday booking apps. My partner found us an amazing holiday she sent me the details and I said this is way too good to be true …. she told me it was a Jet2 holiday to an adults only luxurious Ibizia getaway! I couldn’t believe the value and the product we are getting - the payment options and flexibility offered to us by Jet2 was simply first class. Ease off access online all taken care of and the support via telephone unbelievable. We can’t wait to Jet off now in a few short weeks for a very special surprise engagement holiday and we simply can’t wait to book our next big trip with Jet2

  • Keeps getting stuck

    I use app to check flight only prices for various flights to Skiathos from different airports. In the past I have moved quickly from one search to another as we fly a few times over the summer . The new app gets stuck on the date page it asks me to enter dates but will not let you as the calendar just has three spinning dots on the page never mind how many times you press clear previous dates . My other issue is that earlier in the year I could book flights on 2 days from east mids and I think on 3 days from birmingham now it seems flight only schedules have been reduced but I can book a package holiday on the other days that were originally on the schedule . Skiathos has always been a popular place for independent travellers and although customers like myself pay extremely high prices to book in advance for flights only you don’t seem to want them to book with you by making their flight options less flexible.

  • App doesn’t work in IPhone Xr

    Downloaded app from the US using an iPhone Xr, however nothing is loading and I am unable to retrieve my booking, login to my account or view either the home or offers tab.

  • Asterion suite and spa hotel Crete x

    We have just returned home from a very relaxing weeks holiday stay at the Asterion suite and spa hotel.
    The whole experience from booking with Jet2 over the phone , checking in online and then checking bags in at the airport,the flight transfer and the trips we went on were reasonable priced and good fun x The professional and friendly staff are amazing , including bus transfer drivers, mini bus drivers etc, despite the few challenges that they are experiencing at the moment. The hotel really is exceptional and I can’t fault anything during the whole week, it is immaculate with hothouse breakfasts and dinner . Leah our customer assistant was fantastic and so helpful making sure Our stay was as enjoyable as possible and gave us top tips on the local area. We got the public bus in to chania town on 2 occasions x it only cost 4 euros per person return as supposed to taxi which is 20 t0 25 euros each way 😳i would thoroughly recommend this hotel
