  • A company that is clearly struggling

Having been a previous subscriber around lockdown. Like most people, the world changed and I stopped using it and cancelled the expensive subscription. The bike (£1800) has rust (something that they state wouldn’t happen) and you cannot give them away now.
Having been bombarded with emails offering discounts and even another bike and membership for £100 per month I returned to look at the app.
They offered a full access pass for £24 to include cycling running and rowing etc. so I thought I’d give it a go. Only when I subscribed and paid £24 did they then inform me that the full access to cycling/running etc does not included actually cycling on a peloton bike? WTAF! It means going out on your own bike. If you want to use the peloton bike you have to pay double the amount! Unbelievable! So the £24 per month allows you to ride your own bike on a road, and run in your own trainers down a public footpath! It is clear to see why Peloton is a sinking ship.

  • Take your Exercise Routine with you wherever you are!

Love the Peloton platform - brilliant at home with my Peloton+ Bike and strength equipment, but the game changer is being able to maintain absolute consistency when I am travelling for work. So many classes, incredible instructors and some fantastic programs for those (like me) who love the structure and discipline of a plan!

  • Life Changing & Convenient.

Don’t contemplate any further. This app is insane. It has changed my mumma life and bod. Exactly what I needed. Its like having your own [or several of your own] personal trainers. No judgment. In your own time. Endless content and classes. Trending music. Tips for form. If your someone like me that’s self-motivated, determined and competitive, but you don’t like to think during a workout or can’t be bothered planning a workout, then this app is for you too.

  • Charged twice after upgrading

Peloton recently DOUBLED their subscription fee. Without upgrading, you get three classes a month (which, side note, does not even work - after using one class, I logged in and it said I only had one left, very cool!). I decided, after some research into other apps/prices, to stick with Peloton and begrudgingly upgraded my account. I was charged for my original subscription and then, about three days later, when I upgraded, charged again, for the full amount. What happened to my original payment? Why was it not applied to the new one? When I contacted Peloton, they told me this was an Apple issue and they could do nothing to help me because I purchased the subscription through Apple. I asked what that means, since I purchased it through their own app, and they said they could not help me and I needed to contact Apple support. There is one button inside the app that says upgrade, or whatever, so please tell me how else I could have possibly paid for the subscription? The person I spoke to didn’t say that this is an app problem, or an Apple problem, he said I subscribed incorrectly. What?

I love the instructors and classes in Peloton, but this is not a review of the content, it’s a review of their terrible app/billing policies. Before you roll out a literal doubling of prices, make sure that the limit on courses and the upgrading of subscriptions actually … works!

  • Fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m 45 weeks in on Peloton
Since starting I’ve been doing 6 days a week
I use the Apple TV app to lift & stretch
I use my Peloton Tread and Bike for cardio
I use my iPad / IPhone apps to meditate
I use my Apple Watch to track my vitals
    All seamless
    Extremely motivating
    Highly engaging
Consistency is easy when it’s enjoyable

Oh and btw, my wife and Kids are really into this too which makes it even more fun when we’re all in it together

  • Camera Speed

It’d be great if the camera could go at the same speed as the bike. The views are a bit in slow motion which is a bit discouraging when going at decent speeds
  • You don’t even get rollover classes how cheap

Since I’ve always been paying for 1299 and used to get all classes now it’s limited to three a month and if you don’t use those they don’t roll over like a phone plan . Everything is changed for the worse. Even the strength classes are getting real cheap 20 minutes 15 minutes and even some of the main people that do strength training and now getting pulled into rowing Boot Camp in boot camps see choices, slim, and then they purge classes so fast you forget if you don’t hurry up, you’ll miss it, lotta new things have changed in a bad way. Even the music is bad again I loved everything in the beginning it was real authentic. It was fun. There’s no limits on anything fully did a great job now it’s a mess I used to . For my classes not anymore. Yes I’ve sent stuff to the team. Nobody listens nobody changes anything it’s a disgrace. You guys gonna ruin a good thing. Keep it on the way it is. I say bring back the old classes if you’re gonna charge more money at least make it worth my while those would be awesome. Class is the real classes the fun classes. Get better licenses for the music cause it’s starting to stink start making the strength classes longer so I feel like I’m taking a strength class. Stop taking the guys that are really good at weight training like Andre and sticking him in a boot camp row class and limiting three cardio a month is horrible and a joke

  • Awesome, fantastic, love it

Awesome concept, fantastic on demand and well choreographed workouts. Love the fact I can squeeze in a 10 or 20 minute workout around home and work schedules and still feel like I’ve achieved something. But, above all else, the trainers are inspirational and captivating. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to gym again.

  • New update no filter

The most recent Peloton update filter feature is missing. Please fix.
  • I finally work out!! This app was a game changer for me

I have not been able to keep up with working out when it involves group classes or going to the gym. I just make excuses and don’t get there. Since I got this app I have worked out daily for months and loved it. I’ve also seen results, but most important to me is the fact that I enjoy it enough for it to be a lifestyle change rather than just a means to an end. It gives you the feel of being in a group class, with so much flexibility and customization of the app. Sometimes all I have is 10 minutes and I can select that time, the type of workout, the type of body part I want to focus, the music, the instructor, the level of difficulty. I also love that they keep track of streaks and have badges that count how many I’ve done of a type of workout. It’s a great way of making it fun and community involved. Highly recommend!! (I do not have the bike and use this mainly for Pilates and strength workouts or HIIT).

A request for creators: it would be amazing if you had a filter for the standing positions only classes! Like the Pilates or strength classes that don’t involve mat floor work and I can do standing up. I got a new puppy and he thinks every time I’m on the floor is playtime. I’m sure I’m not the only one who runs into this setback 😂 it’s cute but it makes it challenging to get in a great uninterrupted workout lately.
