A simple app

The app doesn’t have too many distracting choices and has no videos.

They are not trying to get you onboard everyday onto a premium service.

The ui doesn’t feel like an app sometimes it feels like a notebook that is not shiny.

I love the simplicity of this app.

Wonderful mindfulness app

Easy to navigate and enjoyed watching the tree grow. Have used repeatedly even after completing all the levels.

Works except for breathe feature

App works great, love the tree growing everytime you meditate it keeps you motivated. However when you use the breathe function, for the timer to actually stop when you are done meditating your phone has to be on. If you let your phones screen go black then the timer won’t go off, so if you don’t have a lot of battery or use low battery mode it won’t work. Besides that works great.

Fulfilled

I really enjoy this app. It helps me to focus on myself and my emotions. When I am consciously aware of breathing and the sounds around me, I am able to my thoughts and feeling in perspective. Each day I become aware of myself by using this app and it helps me to feel more like my usual self before depression was in my life.

Really useful

Simple, to the point, not trying to sell me something or distract me. A very useful tool for daily mindfulness practice.

So much talking!

I appreciate a free app that doesn’t share my data, rare these days. But the format is intensely annoying. The narrator’s voice is flat, nasal and grates on you and she talks SO much throughout the practice that you’re fighting to focus on whatever you’re being told to focus on. I took part in a study that involved doing 2 practices a day for 6 weeks and I would dread it. I found I was able to focus far better at the beginning of the 6 weeks - by the end I was predicting what she was going to say next, like waiting for fingernails to scrape down a chalkboard.

Amazing!

This app is seriously so well done and has so much helpful content, I am amazed that it is free. It has become an integral part of my mornings and I absolutely love the educational portion! They give you information and then give you the opportunity to practice and log the work you’ve done. The resources are truly fantastic. ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!

Small differences

I started using this mindfulness app at a difficult time and wasn’t sure it would help me. I’ve practiced for a few weeks now and actually started to notice small differences in myself and how I feel. That surprised me and I really want to continue.
Thank you for bringing mindfulness together in this app. It's perfectly straightforward to use and the guidance is always given with kindness.

Have an Open Mind

So I recently discovered that I have some deep rooted depression and mental health issues that I’ve never resolved. My friend recommended this app and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it. I would just ask that anyone suffering, big or small to have an open mind. If you’re anything like me I was trying to roll my eyes but wanted to at least TRY. And I’m so glad I did!
It’s practical and allows you to document your thoughts, create goals, and watch your little tree grow. 🥹

Extremely Well Made Application

I field tested this app while I was in the military. It was lacking. In every way it could. I spent last summer in a VA mental health facility for cPTSD and Bipolar Disorder. This app, while not a requirement for treatment, was encouraged. I’m amazed at the improvements, and not just this app. Their entire suite of apps has improved. Don’t be fooled: this isn’t just for soldiers, airmen, and marines. If you’re reading this, it’s for you.
