I thought this would have been better
I actually thought this app would’ve been good. I was wrong. I really like the idea of speaking and translating but my problem is the app’s listening. Whenever I say something in English, the translator always change some words make my sentence sound weird. I tried using this app to talk to one of my friends who only speaks Vietnamese, but when I spoke English, the app changed the end of my sentence to sound weird. I even tested this out by getting one of my friends to speak Vietnamese into it. He said “hello hello”, but the app thought he said “hello bottles”. Again like I said, this app could’ve been good but the listening skills of the app defiantly needs more work.Show lessstlimthesnake
Never meant to purchase monthly subscription
I may have used this app one time several months ago in europe thinking I had downloaded a free version but I’ve been charged $7 per month for several months. I finally canceled my subscription. I’ve never accidentally ordered an app subscription so I am suspicious that it was without my consent. I’d like to get a full refund. Also, I got an email a couple of months ago that the charge had failed because I had to replace my credit card and so I thought these charges would finally discontinue but you somehow got my new credit card number???? I did Enter my new card to continue my iCloud monthly $0.99 subscription. I did not authorize this app on my new card and I didn’t ever intentionally authorize a monthly recurring charge.Show lessJoni35209
Terrible and once adds show up the app will die
The first translation was correct and fast. then I asked the app to translate “that’s right” (in chinese) to vietnamese. Guess what it gives back? “That’s Right” - in English. after this teo pieces of in-app ads showed up and then the only things that can change are the two spots for ads. Should mention subscription required
It should have shown that subscription (after 3 days trial) required so people are well aware of this.
I downloaded the apps just now. But then, as I would like to try the apps I saw monthly subscription is required after 3 days trial. And the subscription will be automatically executed after 3 days trial.
I did not even bother to try the app as I am not willing to subscribe.Show lessChelsea Lowell

The application does not initiate a payment unless you subscribe for Premium. If you had a free trial and haven’t canceled it, the account should have been charged only after the end of the trial period and then automatically according to the duration of your subscription plan. You can always cancel it through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. I did enjoy the app. It translated properly. I didn’t really need it and was testing it out for a family member to show how this worked. I didn’t like that I had to subscribe to test it out but I did like the quick response back from the customer service that explained how to cancel the subscription. While I personally don’t need this app, I find it very easy to use and accurate. I highly recommend it.Show lessNewcomb12345890
Now they’re getting greedy
I bought the program it works well however they want to change to monthly billing and they’re trying to erase my purchase and they make me sign into restore my purchases every single time I open the application I really resent this I don’t like going through the steps I bought it once in good faith I should be able to use it flawlessly you make me feel like you were cheap and petty I would recommend the usage but I don’t like your billing tacticsShow lessMlance
Expensive but you don’t know it
No mention of regular charge or any charge when downloading it and free trail is only for 3 days, the developer says you won’t be charged unless you subscribe to the premium version but the developer also says you automatically get charged after the free trial is over! so you get charged either way, also I have not find it easy to cancel, where is the cancel button?
Apple should make it clear this app is not free so also disappointed with AppStore. Why AppStore giving these ppl access to my money??Show lessLondon9872

You do not need to subscribe to a free trial, this way there will be no possibility for it to convert to a paid subscription. In case you did so accidentally - you can always cancel it through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. For me I love dis app but when I typed in it was all fin a few mins later it said that I needed to buy the trial thing but I didn’t want to do I need to buy the trial to keep writing? If do I will delete this app sorry but please let me speak I would like to do it with my mom my mom know Bengali and not much english I know english and not much Bengali I would like to use this with her but we are Muslims I’m learning Bengali but this app IS AMAZING but please let me speak more thanks
