LOVE IT
I purchased the app for a year. It works great some words are off but, u can get the idea what is being said. I use it a lot at work. My work area is mainly Chinese and I don’t speak a word. I’m not even Chinese but,I’m able to hold a conversation with people. Once I get their dialect (mandarin) worked fine. I will say this, people need to speak slow, it helps a lot. Speaking fast makes some words unrecognizable. I noticed it wants proper dialect. And don’t ask someone who might of had a little to much too drink. I have never used the typing part of this app so I can’t give a review. But speaking into the phone works great. On more thing for the developers, when I click on the icon it keeps asking me if I want a trial but I already paid for the year. Thanks good job.Show lessBoycott101
The apps great but not what I thought it was
I was searching for an app with audio translation. The app description said everything I was looking for but when I signed up for the app, copy and pasted my text, all I got was a written translation when I wanted to hear a verbal translation. If this option is made available then I would definitely buy this app long term.Show lessBebe no.1

Due to certain policies, the free trial or subscription isn’t cancelled automatically after you delete the app so please make sure you cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. A free trial of the Premium subscription means that once the trial period expires, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the user unsubscribed before. Therefore, to activate a trial, a user has to agree to these conditions. A user can cancel the subscription anytime. So I bought this thinking it’d be perfect for my overseas trip. My first issue is that it did not provide accurate translations, often not even close! And many times the words were not even recognized. This was specifically a big issue for german to English translation. I had similar issues with French to English but not quite as much. My second issue is that I assumed you could do speak to translate without internet, but nope, only works with internet or data. Which if you’re traveling in another country and trying to speak to people in the street, it won’t work. Total waste of money, don’t buy! Just use google translate instead, it worked better, and it’s freeShow lessMommap13

The application does not initiate a payment unless you subscribe for Premium. If you had a free trial and haven’t canceled it, the account should have been charged only after the end of the trial period and then automatically according to the duration of your subscription plan. Please note that a Premium subscription doesn’t start on its own. If you had a free trial and didn’t cancel it on time, it will be upgraded to Premium automatically. I was surprised at how well it understood and translated my voice to text.
Worked well most of the time, but some of the translations were a bit dodgy and hard to understand.nxbdhjdbsshd

The app is free and offers a range of cool things but to use these but there a catch. In-App purchases and you have to subscribe. Waste of a download.Hilldene300

Thanks for the review. The app is subscription-based however upgrade to premium is optional and is up to you to decide whether or not to upgrade the app. You still use it on a free basis as long as you would like to. Hope this helped!Pricing
