New app doesn’t work
Tried ordering with the new app but it’s doesn’t work. I keep getting errors. I’ve been ordering from sweetgreen instead. Today I was finally able to order but had to remove my reward and retype my credit card. The old app was smoother and worked.Yellow.army

There is always a basket error at the end. I keep trying to order food and it does not work. I’ve never had this problem with the old appChips179

App went from buggy but usable to completely unusable. Tried to place and order three times. Got to the final checkout screen and it threw an error each time. Something about invalid cart… it’s just a premade salad guys, nothing fancy.
Reset the cart from the support screen and got same error. Ended up eating elsewhere.
You need better beta testers.Show lesstms in nyc

The food and staff are great. The app only lets me order one salad- I can’t add more to the cart. Moreover it gives me a pickup time of 4 minutes after I order. It used to be 30. So now I had found myself waiting around the store. The app is quite bad for such a great company.CitrusMom
