I like the food and the locations I go to.
The app is like something from 10 years ago. No ability to reorder, no ability to favorite items, no way to save a favorite location.
No, I’m not granting this amateur app access to my location services. So a favorite location is needed.PeterW NYC

Once you use the security feature in the app, the app is no longer usable. It just crashes upon opening. Fatal flaw that Level Up cannot seem to fix.Andy DL
Not compatible with iPhone xs
I upgraded my phone back in December to an iPhone xs max and since then the app has failed to work. I've emailed the customer support many times and while they nicely threw a few credits my way, I want to walk in and order food and scan to pay. It's crazy this hasn't been updated in over a year. I haven't been going to fresh and co as much because of this. Hope it will be fixed soonShow lessfalafr
Keeps crashing
I really would like to use this app to order my lunch. But I enable the PIN setting and now the app always crashes on the start screen (see the PIN option flash up for a second before crash). I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still with no luck.
