  • I don’t like it

    Why the 30 minute “ASAP” pickup estimate when you order ahead? Here’s how this always works: if I wait 30 mins to pick up my food, it’ll be cold, having sat there for 25 minutes. If I show up 10 minutes after ordering, I’ll have to wait and get told that by the always rude staff people that my food wasn’t supposed to be picked up for another 20 minutes. Can’t win, so why try? Seriously, Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks have no trouble preparing orders as they come in, why can’t fresh and co?

  • Crashes!

    The app crashes all the time! I’m unable to use it.
  • Ok app, terrible store pricing

    The app is great when it works but there are two issues - sometimes the location I order from doesn’t pop up even though I’ve ordered from there several times before. And it takes 30 mins lead time to order something which I think is too much.
    Re pricing, they have things on the menu, like the bec wrap for $5.95 but if you order it at the store a la carte it’s more money! I didn’t even want the cheese and they still charged me $1.50 more for the exact same item a - RIDICULOUS.

  • More pre release testing needed

    It looks pretty but everything that could go wrong did. Default preferences badly set and no clue why, credit card fails, bad time of request but we’ll only tell you at the end of the transaction. A few hours of user testing would resolve all this.
  • Horrible experience

    I had a horrendous experience with the company. I was granted a $3 credit through the app to try them out. There were no restrictions listed and it was successfully applied to my order within the app. When I arrived, they claimed the credit was only good before 10 am and wouldn’t let me take my food until I repaid the $3-which they then charged me tax on. I highly recommend avoiding this business.

  • App Difficult to Use

    I order lunch from Fresh & Co a couple of times a week, and they’re always great. Fast service, good food, and the people recognize me and are friendly. I have always ordered through the Web site, which is clunky but serviceable.

    Using the new app, though, I encounter problems:

    1. It does not sync with my existing account through their web site.
    2. There’s no mechanism in build your own salad for making two of your four choices the same (double olives, for instance)
    3. They’ve been promoting “order by 10 a.m., pick up by noon” for a discount, but when I tried to order my salad this morning, the app returned an error that Build Your Own Salad is not available at this time, though only after I had gone through the trouble of placing the order

  • Online order not working

    App isn't working when I try to order ahead
  • Don't they want my order?

    This app just stinks. Try finding their platters - I know they are there some where. Try using the contact panels. Their server fails on all emails sent. I want to order for 50 people but the Catering cannot take orders until 6am? iPad views are either large enough for the blind to read or minuscule. It should not be this difficult. You lost this customer before I placed my first order.

  • Brooklyn location needed

    I'm lost on the weekends because I don't have a fresh&co by me in Brooklyn. But other than that, this is one of my favorite places to eat, especially breakfast. 😘😘😘👍🏾👍🏾
