  • Confusing

    It’s not clear how I can qualify to access the lounge at the airport. The airport attendant didn’t know. My Saudi Banque Franci bank wasn’t clear but they told me that after I reach a certain account balance I should be able to get in free. The App is confusing and not clear.
  • Error every time trying to search

    Whenever I try searching for a lounge I get the following error "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again." I keep trying but nothing works. I'm connected to WiFi and this is so frustrating.
  • Can’t open or use app

    Downloaded the app at San Diego AP, could not open or use. When I got back from my trip, tried to delete, reload, adjust settings. Same thing. Keep saying error.

  • Complicated

    I’ve got Lounge key access via 2 separate credits cards but cannot by any means have them both in my app. I only have one and there isn’t a way apparently to add the other.. so now I find the “benefit” from my cards is kind of pointless. I do use them a lot and that was the reason to have both..

  • Problems registering

    After entering credit card details it takes $1 from account and do refund but doesn’t progress to next screen after pressing the validate button.

  • App doesn’t work

    The app keeps asking to enter card details, when I enter it gives an unknown error message. I have to restart the app all the time but still it doesn’t work.

    I only wish that the service would be activated outside smuggling in shops, restaurants and the rest of the halls

  • Waste of time

    Overall, this product is pointless. Loungekey, the card issuer, and the lounges all blame each other when something doesn’t work as promised, which is almost always. I’ve only been able to access a lounge once in about 10 visits to lounges that are part of the program. For an example of this responsibility-dodging, just take a look at the Loungekey FAQ. They say that if you have a complaint about an employee at a lounge, contact your card issuer 😂😂

    Every time I open the app, it wants me to add “payment card” info (even though it already has my card saved) and wants to charge me something. There’s even a checkbox for approving payment. It gives a message that I need to verify the card before the payment is processed. When I click on “see payment details”, it just shows my card number. I’m not sure why the app wants to charge me, and what it could possibly be trying to charge me for, but that’s definitely not the trap I’m going to fall for. This whole thing is just broken.

    I couldn’t update my card many times
    And I deleted my account to make new one but still I can’t even continue the registration!!
