Very misleading
I am a Platinum MasterCard holder and was advised to get this app to avail free lounge access during my travels. Turns out, the free lounge access is not free at all. It is very much chargeable. Out of pocket and disappointed. Don’t get suckered like I was. Trust me, you don’t need an app to know where an expensive lounge is at an airport.

Accompanying children
My wife and I both have lounge key access cards. But when we travel with children we are not able to access the lounges because the lounges themselves are not clear whether they can admit children or not

Hard to access with weird behavior I had to download the application again to get an access although I was able to login from the website!

Improvments needed
The main thing that that is needed for this app is the ability to have multiple accounts for login. Some people have multiple cards. Some with better benefits. A better UI experience is also required.

The app is a bit dull. Needs to attract more people to it. Find that missing something to attract more users.
