  • Registration not working

    When I tried to register in an older version, I wasn't able to scroll down the 3D Secure form to enter my details as the scroll bar was locked by developers. In the latest version I can’t register because when I enter my card details, “an error occurs” and the app doesn’t give any details which error. In the desktop version there is no link to registration page. It all makes impossible your service to use

  • Needs more improvement

    The app does not show a counter for how many free visits the person has, and how many remaining free visits.
  • Can’t reset my password

    I did reset my password and app told my that sent e-mail to reset but I didn’t receive any mails

    Hi i should see my master card in the aplcation
  • Failed verification

    The apps asks me to verify my account. I do what I’m asked to do, but it never works. I contacted LoungeKey over the phone, but still not possible to solve the issue. They said they would call be back, but I have yet to year anything.

  • Credit card required

    This app requires you to create an account and provide a credit card number, even for a “free” account. Can’t even get past the first screen otherwise.

  • Just rubbish!

    There are 2 lounges I should be able to access at Manchester airport - both are empty yet they tell me they are only accepting paying customers! Just terrible
