  • Do not pay for your seats

    Just spent 30€ to reserve my seats through the app and I’ve got completely different ones after doing my check in
  • App not always functional

    The app has glitches. It seems to randomly accept data, this is not an internet connection issue.
  • Slow, inconsistent on different browsers

    Really slow at times.
    But my big complaint is trying to change flights.
    I paid extra to be able to change flights.
    In my app, no where possible to do this.

    So had to log in via safari.
    One day the tab to change flights was there,,, then it wasn’t.
    Impossible to change flights via safari.

    I logged in via Google, and the tab to change flights is there.
    I can have safari and Google open next to each other, on safari there is no option to change flights, but in Google it’s there, clear to see when both browsers are open next to each other.
    But, shouldn’t need to log in via a browser as it should be in the app.

    It’s a really inconsistently performing website / app. And is always slow when going from one selection to another.

  • Worst airline app

    When trying to check in, cant tap any of the menus and cant add information. Waiting for them to charge me extra at the airport now that I cant checkin online
  • The app is janky

    I couldn’t add my rewards program number. It would just load with the stupid little plane going up and down and then go back to the reservations main page.

    However I was able to check in online which I often have through Lea with on other airlines apps so we’ll done on that.
  • Slow and buttons don’t work

    This is perhaps one of the worst airline apps I have ever used. Several buttons don’t work. When you add a booking, it doesn’t automatically add the frequent flyer number to the booking, very slow app when moving from area to area.
  • Glitchy

    Check in online very glitchy and cumbersome to navigate.
  • Avoid this airline if you can.

    The seats were very uncomfortable. I never got the app to work. I had a very hard time getting a call through to customer service. After a long time on hold was just disconnected.
  • Buggy and slow/slow to use

    Tonight the app tried to charge me €423,000! I had looked at seat changes but did not submit. Apparently that alone held back my ability to check in, resulting in a mix of odd error messages. I suspect the app was trying to charge me in COP but the whole of the UI said EUR.

    I also find the need to enter the same contact details for multiple passengers rather tiresome. Lastly the app is simply slow whenever it’s processing stuff in the backend.

  • Terrible experience

    We had a flight Miami-Madrid and we were unable to do the check in online because as per the customer service representative they wanted to see our passports at the Miami airport, when we got to the airport (timely)we found out that the flight was oversold and we were placed on standby even though we bought our tickets 6 months in advance, the airport agent made us wait a long time to come and tell us that the supervisor was really nice and was able to find us a spot on that plane because we were supposed to wait to the next day flight, but we were placed on totally different rows and all in middle seats, they refused to help us changed seats and we had to travel for more than 8 hours totally far from each other, the agents told me that was my responsibility to talk to the passengers next to us to exchange seats and of course no one wants to leave their families or travel for 8 hours on a middle seat, I wrote a message on messenger to the airline and they apologized and said that they were sending the information to another department and still no one contacted me. Terrible experience for a long flight!
