  • Not good experience

    On Madrid to Medellin flight two weeks ago, one very small meal, no other service offered, charge to use headphones so didn’t bother, old type of charger so couldn’t charge phone - very boring and uncomfortable and we arrived hungry and exhausted. Not looking forward to return flight tomorrow night. We are bringing our own food. Never had such a bad flight

  • Warning

    If you are not booking a flight that starts or lands in US - there is no 24 hour cancellation. I did not know this and Air Europa did not help at all with change fees. It would be cheaper to buy a new flight
    Pretty crummy since they confirm you are buying ticket in US where 24 hour cancellation laws apply

  • Looks great but useless

    The app has a great interface but I couldn’t make my check-in through it… For some reason one of the buttons didn’t work. I needed to go to the website to do it. :(

  • Can’t even check-in

    Buggy app, such as inadvertently leaving a trailing space after last name will cause the app to not find the reservation. But the worst is watching the app spin endlessly and not give a single message on why the app won’t complete the check-in. Web site is no better.

  • 10/10 for being the most frustrating app ever made

    Utterly useless. Please read the reviews before wasting precious time With this app. I wish I had. Booking flights is stressful enough with then having such a useless app

    Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Use the website instead. It is better, though inky marginally better. Avoid the app. Air Europa please SO BETTER.

  • No Entertainment on 13-hour flight🥵

    Unacceptable and terrible service. I was never told that breakfast was served at the back of the plane, pretty much similar to Ryanair.

  • Terrible UI

    User Interface and menus are terrible, I was stuck on passenger details for hours as it wouldn’t accept my details and there’s no prompt telling you which detail is incorrect or needs adjustment. In the end Gad to queue up in the airport to check in, horrible system, and an app so bad it’s funny
