    Tells me that my password needs to have one character and one number (which it does) even though the same password works fine on the website.

  • Useless

    Slow and full of bugs. Only worked with mobile signal and not Wi-Fi so made the whole process transiting without a boarding pass incredibly stressful. Would never fly with them again and deleting the app when I get home.

  • Super buggy

    The app constantly logs out, reservation is always disappearing causing you to look it up again with the record locator. When trying to purchase extras the app will either time out or just not load. It’s easier to use the website on a desktop.

  • What’s the point

    This has to be one of the worst airline apps ever. Nothing works. Can’t check in and once checked in at airport cannot view boarding passes in app.

  • Millas SUMA

    Me han cargado las millas SUMA pero he debido llamar para Que me las anotasen. 7 días después del vuelo, finalmente me las cargaron.

    Un poco lento pero funciona.
    La página se me sale, y de la app no me agarra los billetes para registrar. Debo ingresar los Datos varias veces

  • Poor quality

    This app looks and feels like it was designed on a ax spectrum. When trying to input customer details it rarely worked 1st time was not intuitive when it came to fault finding and has been constructed lazily, for example, using whirling wheels for international codes which could be free text. Further going through this laborious process of check I then having to physically check in and get a paper boarding pass makes it quite redundant really

  • Can’t search flights on mobile app

    iPhone: For a long time if you search for flights you always get an error message. Totally useless for searching available flights. Can track trips but that’s it. I have a lot of airline apps. This by far the worst one

  • Awful UX + Bugs

    I found very annoying that every time you navigate or tap on a button, a blue screen shows with a plane. This is very disruptive. The app is also full of bugs. I get an error every time I try to do something.

  • Cannot add Delta SkyMiles to Booking

    Terrible app. Useless! Not able to add Delta SkyMiles number to my booking. Same error on the Air Europa website. No way of contacting customer service from the US.
