  • Dont bother

    The app doesn’t do anything. It redirects you to the mobile website where you enter your information AGAIN and get your boarding pass. Mobile web functions perfectly. App is useless.

  • Broken

    Every time I add a flight, when I open the app to view it again it shows as expired and I can’t view my boarding pass. Such a basic important feature and the developers can’t even do it correctly.

    It doesn’t do much - as an example it can’t retain more than one reservation at a time.

  • Bad config

    The app stops any music playing from the iPhone when you open it. I think it’s configured wrongly and reports itself as a video with audio to the OS. Apart from that, it’s a reliable airline app.

  • Worst app ever

    This app has no functions. One it doesn’t work properly, every time I try to log into my flight the app freezes. Then if I get passed the freeze it tells me there is an error. It does not allow me to enter my Delta sky miles number nor does it allow me to check in. There is a button to check in but when it’s pressed the app freezes.

    This app was horrible and honestly so is the airline. Don't use either.

  • Unimpressed

    The app deletes information you save when adding bookings. It won’t add my Delta account eventhough I’ve double checked it several times.

  • Terrible app

    To start the app is far from being user friendly:

    1- bug appears after selecting the outbound flight so the screen freezes and all of a sudden a message comes up saying “you are running out of time”

    2- when logging into the account an error message comes up all the time;

    3- after restarting several times and trying to finish registering the SUMA details another error message comes up which means we cannot accumulate any miles.

    A complete waste of time. Please change your developing team. Urgently
