Can’t search flights on mobile app
For a long time if you search for flights you always get an error message that it has problems with the dates. Totally useless for searching available flights.SSN605
Buggy and slow
Long load times between screens. I am getting lots of errors and bugs. If it worked more reliably, it’d be a nice app, UX design is good.oooolooooooo

The app crashes constantly and isn’t user friendly at all. Very frustrating when you’re trying to do something simple like check-in to flights. Don’t normally write reviews but this app was especially bad so thought I’d share.o_j29

This app has not been updated in a long time; I travel regularly and try to avoid Air Europa due to how difficult is to complete check-in on the app and getting the boarding pass on the wallet. Needs some attention!awsedm

Absolute waste of time. Cannot register as new user as will not get back create a password/create new user page. Does not say what is wrong on page.
Tried to check in using find my booking but again could not get past the passport details page with no errors or explanation why.
Airline apps are generally pretty bad but this is by far the worst. Save your time and check in on a PC.Show lessMattSport83

App does not retain your flight information when adding a fight to My Trips, you must reenter the flight information every time to view it. Could not add boarding pass to wallet, only resulted with a constant error. Download pdf option for the boarding pass never downloaded a usable file. Had to go to the website to add boarding pass to wallet. Recommend programmers look to the KLM to see how a truly good app should work. But really no surprise. For as long as I can remember Air Europe has never truly gotten their app act together.Show lessSmk268
