  • New App

    I think the new app is really good, much needed change!

    Only problem I have is with the savings goal and quick balance on the home screen.
    If I set one it doesn’t actually change anything and still appears as if there is none. Once this is fixed the app will be awesome.
  • Improvement but…

    Can you add the external account numbers into the app?
    It is annoying enough that I have to go to bsb information on the desktop site, rather than just see it listed on the account, but to have it missing completely from the app seems a significant oversight
  • Old app was better, it worked

    Downloaded the new app today and it’s useless, I get nothing but a blue screen with a white spinning circle. Have tried to open it a number of times, and even restarted my phone. Wish I hadn’t done it now, at least the old app worked.

    Better. But it should still have BSB/Account number details available.

    Been waiting for the new app and finally it has arrived. Great new features and all working perfectly so far.
    Thank you the new features are great and make things much easier.
  • New App

    The new look of the app is great, however I am unable to see my savings goal or quick balance. The “Set Up” button is still there when both logged in and out. Being able to see these without actively logging in was a feature I liked in the previous app.
  • New App Review

    The new app looks worse than the old one. It looks cheap and nasty! Not only in looks but functionality. To get to your accounts there is now an extra step. Most people want to go straight to accounts when using the app! Now there is a full page welcoming you to the app which you would know as you would have hit the button to use the app in the first place!

    Further, now the app isn’t working on my phone. I try to open it the screen goes blue then flicks back to the page on my phone screen.

    Not impressed at all!
  • Transferring between accounts

    Hello, when transferring money between accounts can you put the name of account ie everyday, saver, salary package etc? New app only has account number and name which makes it difficult to transfer between accounts safely. Thanks

    I appreciate the effort put into (finally) updating your app, but could we PLEASE have it set up so that it goes straight to the accounts view after logging in? It’s so frustrating that you have to click on the accounts button at the bottom after logging in. It just adds an extra step for no reason.

  • New update glitchy

    Opened new update and the initial tour had one page out of four that worked, other three blank (not a promising start). Closed and reopened app, which fixed the issue.

    Once the tour was complete, I was prompted to enter a primary login in addition to biometric. The app then opened to the next screen without prompting for a PIN. I closed the app and reopened, I was then able to enter and verify the PIN as prompted.

    Overall, new version seems rushed. Maybe beta testing would have been a good idea.
